I 100% agree that it should've been used more than twice, but maybe not for the final battle. But that's just my opinion
It only being used twice makes it less overused and more special.
Vs Sorrow (Consul N) for example was a also amazing song but felt overused.
For me it should've been used one last time at the beginning of chapter 5, when fighting N after Mio saves everyone
