Thank you so much for these informative videos, Abhishek. I have a query on how I can explain to the interviewer why we use DevOps tools like Jenkins, Splunk when we already have Code Pipeline and Cloud Watch with AWS? How can I strongly mention the tradeoffs?
I think you should also mention GitOps as you've touched on Terraform and therefore a declarative approach.

My assumption is that creating an EKS cluster for example is not a day to day activity as these tend to be deployed once as part of a bigger project. Thereafter the day to day tasks are monitoring and maintaining that cluster. I stand guided. Thank you

Hi Abhishek, What if a person is experienced as a Cloud Engineer and wants to move to a DevOps role and has no prior experience in DevOps then what to say to the interviewer or how to explain the projects(executed during your course) that we have this proof of concepts as a part of learning..? As you only said in one of your videos that we should not lie in our interviews as we'll face issues .

In a process of learning devops as well(following your devops zero to hero course). as a experienced engineer should I apply for fresher devops role ? also is it a good idea to switch as a devops engineer now . Because while learning DevOps from different platforms we get trained on these kind of projects only and getting real time exposure to a DevOps role is a challenge.
