I’d say the jump to secondary is fairly big but it doesn’t take too long to get used to. In the first few weeks getting to classrooms may be stressful or overwhelming but everyone is there to help, especially teachers as a lot of the time they’re stood in corridors to help year 7s, so definitely ask anyone if you’re confused or lost as teachers or students will direct you where you need to be. Seriously just enjoy your years in secondary as i’ve just left year 11 and the past 5 years have been the best years of my life. Good luck Holly you’ll smash it!! x
Good luck to Holly starting secondary school! Always remember if you are nervous/scared/worried about starting there are others who are nervous scared worried. Also from a Y7 student my best advice is try to find a friend to go to your lessons with!
Holly will be absolutely fine! Be yourself and be confident there is nothing to worry about. The way to think about it is at one point primary school was a big change and now you are fine 🩷
Oh my goodness, Logan’s reading is fantastic. He seems to reading beyond his age, timid is not an easy word. He retains so much information. He’s adorable ☺️

Secondary advice! Going into secondary school is scary but as soon as your transition week is over and you have made lots of new friends then all you can do it be kind and smile!❤ there will always be teachers and other older students to help you out along your journey ❤
I’m in my second year of secondary school and I would tell her to just be herself and be organised, don’t worry about getting lost and off of that you will find your way around soon enough, hope she has a good time ❤❤❤❤❤
Tips for holly: Just be yourself Remember to be organised It’s better to be early to classes Pack bags and lunches night before Do homework as soon as you get it Good luck in September holly!!!!
My tips for Holly r to be prepared and organised for the homework u will be given, don’t be worried if u get lost the first week at school since lots of people will do the same. Most importantly, make loads of new friends and have a laugh! x
Holly has nothing to worry about but here is some tips ❤ -pack all you bags with your books the night before -always bring a spray of some sort x -don’t rush into lots of makeup for school it will come naturally -listen to your mum!!! Hollie, from someone being in year 8, some advice is; just be yourself, after the first day you will be fine the first day is always the hardest but after that you will enjoy high school, make sure you do your homework the day it is set dont leave it till last minute. Dont be scared and just enjoy it. Good luckkk x
I love watching you guys ❤ This is for holly: I am in year 7 right now going into year 8. Time flies. I was so scared to go into year 7 but I knew the school within two weeks and made friends really easy. You just need to be yourself. If your worried about getting detentions don’t be- as long as your doing the right thing you’ll be fine. I always said I’ll do my homework the day I get it but you get at least 3 pieces everyday you can’t keep up 😅. I wish holly the best of luck- you got this x
Awww Logan. Melts my heart❤❤❤ I work in a school. Logan is a very intelligent boy. Beautifully read! The kids are so well mannered and happy. It's lovely to see. A real credit to you and Ryan xx

Thank you for your lovely comment. It’s so important to us to try and establish an open and honest relationship with them before we get to the teens years 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Also regarding homework in secondary school. It gets set a lot more and a lot more needs to be done. I recommend getting done as soon as possible due to the amount being set.
Best thing I did in secondary school was keep a planner! Whenever the teachers would leave any work, I’d write it down immediately on the due date, and it became really easy to look at my week and see what was due each day. Best of luck to Holly!! She’ll do great ❤ Also, Logan is SUCH a good reader! I’m impressed! Thanks for sharing a chill Sunday evening 🤍 I always look forward to your guys’ videos 🫶🏻
Holly secondary school is a big change but if there one big peice of advice I can give you is make sure you have note pad to take notes especially in tutor time for changes to your timetable And have file for homework with dividers one pocket each lesson and pocket for timetable. Do your homework each night as leaving for Sunday will just get overwhelming for you
My granddaughter started year 7 this last Sept. As she has to travel by bus my daughter and her did several pre runs in the morning and afternoon to get used to the journey. She had a day at the Comprehensive and meet lots of friends which she still sees. Homework is set on set nights it’s on the laptop. Just be yourself, everyone starting is new to the school and you have to get used to classroom routines etc. My granddaughter s nearly finishing year 7 in July. She’s really grown up in herself and has loved her first year there. Your daughter will be okay new adventures and new friends xx
Tips for Holly starting secondary school as someone who left Year 11 on Friday: - Be yourself, don’t try to change for other people - Don’t be scared about not making any new friends cause you will do it just takes time to make those bonds, i’m hardly friends with anyone i went to primary school with - Don’t be afraid to ask people for directions even if it might feel daunting cause we’ve all been in the same boat at one point - Join extra curricular clubs cause again you meet new people - But most importantly have fun and don’t stress if you don’t get everything, mess around in class to some extent cause you only do Year 7 once and it probably is one of the most free years where nothing really matters so have the BEST time cause if i could go back i would cause it was a good year of my life Good luck Holly, show them who you are x
Tips for holly : . Try and do your homework as soon as you get it (trust me it’s so much better) . Pack your bag the night before . Try and get used to your timetable so your prepared for everyday because everyday is different . Don’t worry about being lost / being late to lessons for the first few weeks because the teachers understand that it’s all new and it does take time to get use to but honestly you’ll be fine . . Lastly just be you !
Enjoy the last few weeks of primary school because when your at secondary you will miss it so much so enjoy it with your friends xxxx good luck holly xxxxxx❤❤❤❤
Tips for secondary school for holly : - be organised ( complete homework before the due date , pack your school bag beforehand etc. ) - don't hold back any questions - teachers will always be around to help I am in year 7 now going into year 8 and on the 1st week of year 7 you may not get much homework but once you go into the year you will be given a lot of homework. Just be prepared. Secondary school is way cooler than Primary school as their are many more options such as clubs etc. You will enjoy it Holly ❤
@@ThePiggottFamily yes unfortunately they do only give the 1st week off. But I'm guessing they give it off for homework to let us settle in and get used to the work and school. Your welcome for the tips I hope Holly has a great start in Year 7. I would love for a video to update us on how Holly is settling in
Advice for Holly going to secondary school! I am now in university but when I first went to secondary school, I struggled not having classes with friends. You have to trust the process and remember you will meet new people! Also don’t get overwhelmed by the bigger kids, they were in your place once too!! Love you all. Holly will be just fine in secondary school ❤
holly remember to be yourself, make as many friends as you can and you will get more homework than primary school as 1. There are more subjects and 2. there are more core subjects. At first you might find it difficult but it will get better. Good luck Holly! Xx
I love you guys. There is nothing better than watching you on a Saturday night. Good luck in YR7 Holly I am sure you will be amazing. Thanks for brightening up my day ❤
I love watching you guys and always look forward to your videos holly just be yourself and pack your bag the night before but you will absolutely smash it xx
Just finished secondary school my tips are -be yourself - it’s better to be early then late - ask for help when you need it And the very best of look for September!
I work and read with reception every Friday and I love it well done Logan for your amazing reading and holly make sure you get to your lesson on time and be yourself 💞💞💞💞enjoy your week kids ❤❤
🥰aaw such amazing family , this just melted my heart...little logan is just sooo adorable cute bless him🥰🥰💖love this ,dont ever change all you guys.. keep going ❤thankyou for all yoir blogs you have provided for us viewers and making us smile😊sending lovess xx
You go girl!🎉 Have a wonderful time in secondary school ❤ You have nothing to worry about😊 You are a strong, brave girl that we all know! Changing it a great thing in life and you have grown-up so much.❤❤ I am so exited for you to be in secondary school and say "i can not imagine being in primary school."
i love this family so much, you and ryan are raining such polite and gorgeous children!! Also tips for holly for high school - just be yourself and dont think you are alone as you will all be as nervous as eachother also.. just enjoy it!! year 7 is a chance to learn more about yourself, make friends and learn responsibility but don’t feel there’s any pressure :) im in year 10 going into year 11 and (even though my years were disrupted by covid) it will fly by so just enjoy it!! - also the transition isn’t as scary as it’s made out to be, after a couple weeks you will be flying !
Tips for holly as a year 11!! -Make sure to talk to new people -Its better to have a small group of close friends rather than massive group of fakes -Don’t purposely try and fit in to be popular, it’s not worth it -Don’t over stress yourself in year 7/8/9, make the most of those years -Don’t allow other kids to influence u into doing things you don’t want too -Just relax and be yourself!! Wishing you the best of luck in your new chapter Holly!!!
Who doesn't love the piggots ❤❤ I'm finally so happy that I have found a local family youtubes which I could have a chance to meet you guys are AMAZINGGGGG❤❤❤❤❤😊
honestly holly will be fine for secondary school! i was so nervous when i first started but i was being so dramatic, now going into my last year and i’m kind of sad to leave haha. good luck holly💓
I feel like the worst part of my transition from primary to high school was the change in the amount of homework. It went from reading and a maths sheet or something like that to around 5 peices of difficult work plus revision for any end of topic tests! I think some tips for holly is not to panic… go in calm and relaxed, everyone hypes up the fact of getting lost around school but i found my way around within a week, also to be organised (keep on top of homework) there’s nothing worse than having to rush through homework a night before, but also packing your bag the night before so your not scrambling around in the morning!! Another that might help is if your stuck with something then ask for help because I struggled a lot with asking questions thinking people would make fun of me but no one does as they will be in the same boat at some point too and finally to just be yourself that’s all anyone can ask for I’ve just changed to high school this year and sometimes I genuinely do miss primary school so enjoy it whilst it lasts (not to worry you) I hope this helps and sorry it’s a lot!❤😂
i'm in my last year of sixth form and going to leave this year. so my tips for holly are: - make sure that you are always being your authentic self - make sure your bag is packed the night before - DO YOUR HOMEWORK AS SOON AS YOU GET IT (you'll regret it otherwise) - don't be scared to ask an older student or teacher where a classroom is on your first day - you will get to know all of your friends true side in secondary school - make sure you're friendly to everyone - join clubs as it's a great way to make friends who share similar interests overall enjoy your time in secondary school have fun but also make sure that you knuckle down so you can out with the best possible grades you can
Who else just loves Saturdays just to watch a new video from these guys ! Wish you good luck at your new school Holly I’m also starting secondary school in September and not that nervous hope your excited good luck x ❤❤ lots of love Olivia Holly Ewen !
Honestly holly u have nothing to worry about u will thrive in secondary school and there will be a lot of new things that will interest you good luck on the transition week 🎉
As someone who just left secondary school, my advice to holly would be: Be yourself Please don’t stress so much about tests Enjoy year 7 and 8 because it starts to get serious around year 9-10 Good luck in secondary Holly🫶🏻🫶🏻🤍 Also I love your videos
Tips for holly: primary school makes it seem really bad but it really isn’t don’t be afraid to be yourself you will get quite a lot of homework at the beginning but you don’t as much through out the rest of the year get used to your timetable best of luck! X
Holly the main things of advice I have for u are just be yourself and just do everything u can last year was a bit of a shock for me but it’s fine now once you have got used to it it will be fine❤❤❤
Aww bless, such a nice and chill evening. I miss childhood 😂 university is not it! Enjoy it holly, you will miss it so much! Make loads of memories and try your best ☺️🌷
Hope Hollie had a fun transition day at her new classroom/school Ik I enjoyed mine but Hollie when you do your pe kit it’s alot easier if you change after and then run 😹 I’m going into year 8 and this helped me a lot especially once you get the schools layout down it’s alot easier trust me love xxalso try to wear quite cool clothes as in airy bc if you get warm you don’t wanna be all sweaty in a jumper
@@ThePiggottFamily It really is! But then my mum always says '"no more questions im going downstairs" so I stop but by the time that happens its always 10 mind after anyway!
Some advice coming from a girl for Holly would definitely be to take an emergency kit to school. These are essential for school. Make sure u add in some girl items (if yk what I mean for just in case). Some things I carry in my emergency kit are: -(girl items) - lip balm -hair ties -mirror -a pack of small wipes -mini hairbrush -deodorant All things things are essential. Good luck Holly for going into year 7. I promise it’s not scary and also these 5 years will the be the fastest years of ur life. I’m currently in year9, going into year10 and I cannot believe how fast it’s gone. In terms of revision do not worry about revising just yet. I would suggest to maybe revise only for important exams. I started revising in the start of year9 but many people recommend to start in year10. I hope this helped and I hope u have a good evening!
OMG Logan is so cute and so good at reading, smart big boy.💙 Holly is so gorgeous and you will definitely do well in secondary school, just be organized and stay away from the boys hahahahaha! 😇😆 I think Olivia look so much like her cousin Coco, "cheeky" little sweethearts.🤩 You are all so lovely and the children so beautiful and well raised.💖 Love your parenting style, you are great role models and I enjoy watching your channel.
omg Logan is the sweetest!! Im 28 years old I love the vlogs so much I have a lil boy whos 2 and another baba on the way, found you through dad v girls I have to say you give me so many ideas of what to do as they grow in terms of routines and also loads of fun activates. All 3 of them are a credit to you both xx Tips for Holly - Just be yourself and have fun make loads of new friends, dont get stressed always ask for help thats what the teachers are there for xx
Im in university studying to be a primary teacher, and I never usually comment on videos but I have to say how advanced logans reading is! I have done multiple placements across the country and Logan's reading level is that which you would expect to find from a 7 -year-old! The comments he used about reading with expression is also a skill most children don't pick up until year 3! Encouraging reading at home with them is brilliant and its so great to see you and Ryan pushing this! you have 3 very bright children and I am so impressed with how advanced Logan is for his age! kudos to his teachers!!
Aw thank you so much. They’ve changed the way they teach phonics so it’s different from the girls and I have to say it seems easier to grasp. He loves to be like his sisters so when they sit to do homework he has worksheets to do too so he can feel involved. I hope he continues to be excited about books and reading 🫶🏻
I am in year 10 right now going into year 11 this September and for me going into secondary school was kinda scary but you will eventually realise it’s nothing to be afraid about bc all the other year 6’s going into year 7 will be in the exact same position as you you think your going to get lost but with secondary school you will always have the orders years looking out for you in case you get lost or can’t find your way. Tips: be organised, look at your timetable the night before and in registration and know your first lesson and where it is, pack your bag the night before, in lessons if you don’t know something then just ask even if the teacher isn’t so nice cus that’s one of the mistakes I made and now being in year 10 I still get nervous about asking for help. And overall just have fun and enjoy secondary school while it lasts bc time flies by so quickly, and never be afraid to ask anyone for help no matter the topic. be kind to everyone you’ll soon make friends. Hope year 7 will be a great year for you Holly, good luck beautiful xx
Secondary advice - I am going into year 10 in September: The school will more than likely be a lot bigger than you primary but you will soon find you way round Teachers are always there to help you so don’t be afraid to ask Be yourself and enjoy yourself Be confident Don’t worry about the homework you won’t get too much in year 7
Tips for Holly!! - be yourself people won't like you for you - ask for help if you need it don't struggle alone - do clubs to make friends - do homework as soon as you get it, there's a lot of it! Have fun Holly!!
I love watching you guys!! Such a normal family which is why i love watching you 😊 we are a family of 5 too and all things you do is the same as us pretty much! 😂❤
Tips for Holly😊. Make sure you leave enough time at break and lunch to go to the toilet Arrive at school 5-10 mons earlier than u should so u aren't late x
Why do i love this family so so much❤. I am th exact same as Holly😊. Also i my school no matter what year you are in the have to change for P.E because we do it in the afternoon. TIPS FOR HOLLY 😊! .Be yourself .Dont worry about anyone or anything except your self .Have fun .never give up .Try to keep up with homework but don't stress to much about it. .Back your back the night before I love your family and content so so much ❤❤. I am going to secondary school in September aswell and i am very nervous. I just wanted to mention that logan's reading is so adorable ❤😊 EDIT 1: thanks for the heart piglets
you guys are such a good family logan reading has come on a lot. Tips for holly dont let her nervous get the better off her, its not the end of the world if she ever does anything wrong, pack bag on time, be herself, do homework when you get it as you get lots and need to keep on top of it.
Omg the these guys are just amazing x surely you just love them Yeah good luck holly you will be fine Just be your yourself And make sure your organised x
this is a tip for all of you are moat secondary schools start earlier and finish earlier for example my secondary school starts at 8:30 and finishes at 3:00 but one starts at 9:00 and finished at 2:00 so you may have to switch up the routines a bit
Hey holly! I’m a year 9 in secondary school and my wise words of advice is to just be yourself, make sure your prepared so all your stationary and things you need and most of all don’t be afraid!! I started year 7 around covid times so it was pretty different and I had no transition days so I had no idea where I had to go for any lesson haha! Because you have transition days I’m sure you’ll be completely fine. It sounds scary at the start but before you know it you’ll be so used to everything, it won’t take long. ❤️❤️ Also try to do your homework (if you have any) the day it is set or as soon as possible because then it’s over and done with and you have no rush to do it the night before. Don’t be afraid of getting some things wrong in the first couple days for example: getting some questions wrong or coming into lessons a bit late because you got lost, this happened to me loads of times mostly because I had no idea where to go again 😂 but even when you know you can still get lost but I’m 100% sure the teachers will understand. 1 last thing, sometimes the teachers in primary can make secondary sound pretty terrifying (they did this for me) but most of the things they say isn’t nearly as true so don’t be alarmed one thing they siad to me was “ you can never, ever take your blazer of EVER!” But none of the teachers are bothered there are plenty more but none of them where right. I hope you enjoy secondary, sorry I went on 😅 xx ❤❤
Time has flown by. I can’t quite believe she’s starting the next chapter but at the same time she feels so ready for it. Good luck to your son. I’m not ready for the emotions of the next few weeks and leavers events 🙈😂
Year 7 is easy, the first week of year 7 is basically the introducing themselves and that and the tutors in form basically ran you through what’s going to happen and how your planner works, it’s easier if you do homework as soon as you get in because you will have more time to do what you want
Love you and your family ❤️ holly- I’m a year 8 in secondary school and it’s very different! But honestly everyone gets really scared of detention’s and getting told off but it’s basically the same as primary school, if you’re a good kid you’ll be fine and the teachers hardly more strict then primary school. Also I live in Australia so this could be different but the work is also not very hard in the first year! Holly you’ll be absolutely fine and there’s nothing to worry about until you get to like year 10, 11 😂 I recently did an exam and I was absolutely soo scared but honestly don’t worry about exams in year 7 and 8 because they don’t really do anything and there quite easy (I ended up getting an A and A+ on the exams this year! Good luck holly you’ll be fine! Love you guys! ❤️❤️❤️

Tips for Holly starting secondary school as someone who left Year 11 on Friday:
- Be yourself, don’t try to change for other people
- Don’t be scared about not making any new friends cause you will do it just takes time to make those bonds, i’m hardly friends with anyone i went to primary school with
- Don’t be afraid to ask people for directions even if it might feel daunting cause we’ve all been in the same boat at one point
- Join extra curricular clubs cause again you meet new people
- But most importantly have fun and don’t stress if you don’t get everything, mess around in class to some extent cause you only do Year 7 once and it probably is one of the most free years where nothing really matters so have the BEST time cause if i could go back i would cause it was a good year of my life
Good luck Holly, show them who you are x
Thank u, what a lovely message 💖
I’m a primary school teacher and for reception, Logan is doing very well with his reading! Go Logan!
Tips for holly :
. Try and do your homework as soon as you get it (trust me it’s so much better)
. Pack your bag the night before
. Try and get used to your timetable so your prepared for everyday because everyday is different
. Don’t worry about being lost / being late to lessons for the first few weeks because the teachers understand that it’s all new and it does take time to get use to but honestly you’ll be fine .
. Lastly just be you !
Oh I love this so much!
Enjoy the last few weeks of primary school because when your at secondary you will miss it so much so enjoy it with your friends xxxx good luck holly xxxxxx❤❤❤❤
That’s what I keep saying, these last few weeks are precious
Tips for secondary school for holly :
- be organised ( complete homework before the due date , pack your school bag beforehand etc. )
- don't hold back any questions
- teachers will always be around to help
I am in year 7 now going into year 8 and on the 1st week of year 7 you may not get much homework but once you go into the year you will be given a lot of homework.
Just be prepared.
Secondary school is way cooler than Primary school as their are many more options such as clubs etc.
You will enjoy it Holly ❤
Eek do they only give you the first week off of homework 😳🙈🤯 thanks for your comment
@@ThePiggottFamily yes unfortunately they do only give the 1st week off. But I'm guessing they give it off for homework to let us settle in and get used to the work and school.
Your welcome for the tips I hope Holly has a great start in Year 7. I would love for a video to update us on how Holly is settling in
I can’t believe how grown up Holly,Olivia and Logan are now,have a good weekend.❤️❤️
Love that.. trust the process! Good luck at uni ❤️
holly remember to be yourself, make as many friends as you can and you will get more homework than primary school as 1. There are more subjects and 2. there are more core subjects. At first you might find it difficult but it will get better. Good luck Holly! Xx
Thank you x
I love you guys. There is nothing better than watching you on a Saturday night. Good luck in YR7 Holly I am sure you will be amazing. Thanks for brightening up my day ❤
🤩
Secondary school seems daunting when you first join, but it does get easier! Holly will be amazing🥰🥰
❤️
I love watching you guys and always look forward to your videos holly just be yourself and pack your bag the night before but you will absolutely smash it xx
❤️
Just finished secondary school my tips are
-be yourself
- it’s better to be early then late
- ask for help when you need it
And the very best of look for September!
Good luck with the next step ❤️
Logan melts my heart 🥰
Mine too 😂❤️🙌🏻
Such a sweet family, I love Ryan's sense of humor.
His Dad jokes 😂

You go girl!🎉
Have a wonderful time in secondary school ❤
You have nothing to worry about😊
You are a strong, brave girl that we all know!
Changing it a great thing in life and you have grown-up so much.❤❤ I am so exited for you to be in secondary school and say "i can not imagine being in primary school."
I’m excited for her too
pack you bag the night before and double check it and dont stress too much about getting a detention for leaving or forgetting something at home x
Packing the bad the night before has to be the number 1 tip shared by everyone. Thanks for commenting x
tips for holly: do your homework when it’s given, make lots of new friends and most importantly be yourself, i think your going to smash it holly ❤
i love this family so much, you and ryan are raining such polite and gorgeous children!!
Thank you ☺️
Tips for holly as a year 11!!
-Make sure to talk to new people
-Its better to have a small group of close friends rather than massive group of fakes
-Don’t purposely try and fit in to be popular, it’s not worth it
-Don’t over stress yourself in year 7/8/9, make the most of those years
-Don’t allow other kids to influence u into doing things you don’t want too
-Just relax and be yourself!!
Wishing you the best of luck in your new chapter Holly!!!
I just wanted to say good luck to Holly in secondary school here are some tips
.never give up
.be yourself
. Be brave
We love you
Logans adorabale, his readings amazing!🥰, i love you guys x
Who doesn't love the piggots ❤❤
I'm finally so happy that I have found a local family youtubes which I could have a chance to meet you guys are AMAZINGGGGG❤❤❤❤❤😊
❤️
honestly holly will be fine for secondary school! i was so nervous when i first started but i was being so dramatic, now going into my last year and i’m kind of sad to leave haha. good luck holly💓
Such a beautiful and funny family! Love watching your videos!
All the best with High School Holly ❤, you'll do great!!
Thank you so much
I feel like the worst part of my transition from primary to high school was the change in the amount of homework.
Another that might help is if your stuck with something then ask for help because I struggled a lot with asking questions thinking people would make fun of me but no one does as they will be in the same boat at some point too and finally to just be yourself that’s all anyone can ask for
I’ve just changed to high school this year and sometimes I genuinely do miss primary school so enjoy it whilst it lasts (not to worry you)
I hope this helps and sorry it’s a lot!❤😂
The schools do seem so much bigger. Hopefully she’ll figure it out quickly too
i'm in my last year of sixth form and going to leave this year.
so my tips for holly are:
- make sure that you are always being your authentic self
- make sure your bag is packed the night before
- DO YOUR HOMEWORK AS SOON AS YOU GET IT (you'll regret it otherwise)
- don't be scared to ask an older student or teacher where a classroom is on your first day
- you will get to know all of your friends true side in secondary school
- make sure you're friendly to everyone
- join clubs as it's a great way to make friends who share similar interests
overall enjoy your time in secondary school have fun but also make sure that you knuckle down so you can out with the best possible grades you can
Good luck with the next step 🫶🏻
Who else just loves Saturdays just to watch a new video from these guys ! Wish you good luck at your new school Holly I’m also starting secondary school in September and not that nervous hope your excited good luck x ❤❤ lots of love Olivia Holly Ewen !
Thank you
Honestly holly u have nothing to worry about u will thrive in secondary school and there will be a lot of new things that will interest you good luck on the transition week 🎉
As someone who just left secondary school, my advice to holly would be:
Be yourself
Please don’t stress so much about tests
Enjoy year 7 and 8 because it starts to get serious around year 9-10
Good luck in secondary Holly🫶🏻🫶🏻🤍
Also I love your videos
Tips for holly:
primary school makes it seem really bad but it really isn’t
don’t be afraid to be yourself
you will get quite a lot of homework at the beginning but you don’t as much through out the rest of the year
get used to your timetable
best of luck! X
Always be yourself 🫶🏻
Holly the main things of advice I have for u are just be yourself and just do everything u can last year was a bit of a shock for me but it’s fine now once you have got used to it it will be fine❤❤❤
Aww bless, such a nice and chill evening. I miss childhood 😂 university is not it! Enjoy it holly, you will miss it so much! Make loads of memories and try your best ☺️🌷
I miss childhood too. Adulting isn’t as fun. I want someone to do my washing/ cleaning/ cooking/ planning 😂😂😂
@@ThePiggottFamilyhonestly same! But family makes life worth it ☺️
Hope Hollie had a fun transition day at her new classroom/school Ik I enjoyed mine but Hollie when you do your pe kit it’s alot easier if you change after and then run 😹 I’m going into year 8 and this helped me a lot especially once you get the schools layout down it’s alot easier trust me love xxalso try to wear quite cool clothes as in airy bc if you get warm you don’t wanna be all sweaty in a jumper
Looks like a good Sunday routine! Im exactly like Holly i always ask questions before bed! Have a good week holly! Love ur vids ❤
Such a good way to stall bedtime 😂
@@ThePiggottFamily It really is! But then my mum always says '"no more questions im going downstairs" so I stop but by the time that happens its always 10 mind after anyway!
Some advice coming from a girl for Holly would definitely be to take an emergency kit to school. These are essential for school. Make sure u add in some girl items (if yk what I mean for just in case). Some things I carry in my emergency kit are:
-(girl items)
- lip balm
-hair ties
-mirror
-a pack of small wipes
-mini hairbrush
-deodorant
All things things are essential.
Great advice. Thank you ☺️
OMG Logan is so cute and so good at reading, smart big boy.💙
Holly is so gorgeous and you will definitely do well in secondary school,
just be organized and stay away from the boys hahahahaha! 😇😆
I think Olivia look so much like her cousin Coco, "cheeky" little sweethearts.🤩
You are all so lovely and the children so beautiful and well raised.💖
Love your parenting style, you are great role models and I enjoy watching your channel.
Stay away from boys 😂😂
omg Logan is the sweetest!! Im 28 years old I love the vlogs so much I have a lil boy whos 2 and another baba on the way, found you through dad v girls I have to say you give me so many ideas of what to do as they grow in terms of routines and also loads of fun activates. All 3 of them are a credit to you both xx
Tips for Holly - Just be yourself and have fun make loads of new friends, dont get stressed always ask for help thats what the teachers are there for xx
Aw I love that, my kids are 3 years apart.. such a precious age and time ❤️🥰
Im in university studying to be a primary teacher, and I never usually comment on videos but I have to say how advanced logans reading is!
A big year for you this year! Thanks for commenting ❤️
Secondary advice - I am going into year 10 in September:
The school will more than likely be a lot bigger than you primary but you will soon find you way round
Teachers are always there to help you so don’t be afraid to ask
Be yourself and enjoy yourself
Be confident
Don’t worry about the homework you won’t get too much in year 7
It will feel soooo much bigger, I remember that too 💕
Tips for Holly!!
- be yourself people won't like you for you
- ask for help if you need it don't struggle alone
- do clubs to make friends
- do homework as soon as you get it, there's a lot of it!
Have fun Holly!!
I think she’ll make a beeline for netball club 🙌🏻
@@ThePiggottFamily great!! She's gonna be just fine she's so strong
Tell holly never to loose who she is on secondary school she will smash it x
We say this to her too 🫶🏻

In secondary the school is much bigger but it is nothing to be nervous about! When you have transition day you will be in groups
❤️
Tips for Holly😊.
Make sure you leave enough time at break and lunch to go to the toilet
Arrive at school 5-10 mons earlier than u should so u aren't late x
Being late is my biggest pet hate. Holly doesn’t seem to mind and takes after Ryan who’s late for everything 😂
You guys are such a good family, I love watching your chanel ❤

I am going to secondary school in September aswell and i am very nervous. I just wanted to mention that logan's reading is so adorable ❤😊
EDIT 1: thanks for the heart piglets
you guys are such a good family logan reading has come on a lot. Tips for holly dont let her nervous get the better off her, its not the end of the world if she ever does anything wrong, pack bag on time, be herself, do homework when you get it as you get lots and need to keep on top of it.
Homework is definitely the thing that’s going to catch her off guard I think 🙈 thanks for your comment
Tips for holly
Be yourself
Be organised
Do homework when you get it
Pack your bag the night before
GOOD LUCK HOLLY💕💕💕

-make friends
-don't worry
Love this ❤️
Omg the these guys are just amazing x surely you just love them
Yeah good luck holly you will be fine
Just be your yourself
And make sure your organised x
Organisation is key 🙌🏻
Hey there I’m just letting you know that I like your videos
this is a tip for all of you are moat secondary schools start earlier and finish earlier for example my secondary school starts at 8:30 and finishes at 3:00 but one starts at 9:00 and finished at 2:00 so you may have to switch up the routines a bit
0:10 logan is so adorable!
I know
Ty I read this for help
@@kronus2662 your welcome!
Great advice. Thank you!
Hi your family is amazing my son goes up to secondary school in September. Its scary how quick they grow up good luck x
Time has flown by. I can’t quite believe she’s starting the next chapter but at the same time she feels so ready for it. Good luck to your son. I’m not ready for the emotions of the next few weeks and leavers events 🙈😂
This has got to be one of my favourite routines ❤
Aw thank you
Year 7 is easy, the first week of year 7 is basically the introducing themselves and that and the tutors in form basically ran you through what’s going to happen and how your planner works, it’s easier if you do homework as soon as you get in because you will have more time to do what you want
Honestly I love the routines keep up with the brilliant content x
Thank you
Love you and your family ❤️ holly- I’m a year 8 in secondary school and it’s very different! ❤️❤️❤️
Congratulations on your brilliant grades 🤩
