To get crispy potatoes get this stuff called TREX from tescos or Sainsbury’s, it’s basically cow fat but makes them crispy ❤
Gosh you frightened me then, Trex is vegetable fat. I knew it was (after being veggie over 35 years) but you made me check 😂 . I use it when i make pastry 😊

Boil the potatoes first when the meat is in the oven then take the meat out and put tinfoil on to stop it being cold and then put the potatoes in the oven ❤
Love watching your videos. Was a bit envious of just scrapping the plates into the bin though lol. Its been years since we have been allowed to do that here (West Wales). We have food waste bins (collected weekly), recycling bag for plastics and tins/ cardboard bag (both collected weekly), glass tub and paper tub (both collected weekly), purple bags for nappies (collected every two weeks) and other waste in black bags collected every three weeks and we are only allowed three (thats one per week). Its hard work cramming everything in those black bags lol. Always wondered what recycling England councils have?

Boil the potatoes than air fry them with oil garlic and rosemary, shake them every now and again to get them nice and fluffy and just cook till ready . perfect every time !
