That hurt to hear that you struggle that much with body image. As an older young lady (who is probably starting to be too old to watch these videos), I can tell you that as long as you're not obese and you're relatively healthy, that's all that matters in the body department (except if you're a top athlete). When you get older, you'll see that there are just too many other things that matter more than being a certain weight. I'd still love to lose some weight and I do wish i were taller, but other things like work performance and making an impact on the world or even your community are things that make weight and looks a lot less significant. At work, in most positions, you're not going to get a bigger bonus based on your looks, but rather what you do. Also, in NYC where I've been living, it's crazy but most guys wont even turn their heads to look at a pretty girl. Back when I was hot, that was disappointing :) But now, I concentrate on other things. Our CEO is clinically obese and he is the most respected person at our company (though he should probably lose a few pounds for health reasons).
One of my biggest problems with loving my body was that I didn't fit with the body types while the skinny girl called me to fat to be skinny the curvier girls bullied me for not having curves and being too skinny so I went to a crisis of wtf am I? Am I too ugly to fit anywhere but then I realized that, that didn't matter that my body is beautiful and it doesn't matter if I didn't "fit" into a type

I liked your advice about relationships. I was in a bad relationship for 2 and 1/2 years. Part of me knew it was wrong and extremely one sided. We would always and only hang out with his friends/family. Whenever we hung out with my family and friends, he wouldn't be nice to them, he would ignore them and look at his phone the whole time. After I broke up with him, I thought that I would never find someone who will treat me better, make me happy and always be there for me but this past November, I'm happy to say I did. Don't give up.
My sister is 2 years older than me and she’s not very open about her life and is kinda awkward about this stuff, it felt really great to know what another female that I can look up to will talk about this!xx🥰

Kalani don't feel bad about that. When my "time of the month" came along I was 11 years old when it happened. And it was my dad Ellery who talk to me about it. It wasn't my mom! And when it happened it was in the house. And I called my dad at his work place and told him about it and he asked me where my mom was and I told him that she was sleeping! And she came to the phone and my dad Ellery told her to look after her! Enough of that. Kalani you and I been blessed in the upper department! Lol! Let's just say that we're blessed and highly favored! I'm just saying y'all! Don't feel bad about that! It happens to all of us. Kalani take it from someone who knows! I'm gonna keep it on the 💯with you for real! Having the "time of the month pain actually feels like you're having a severe contraction, but no baby is coming out!" i'm a curvy ballet dancer and at first i was really insecure about my body. it was difficult to see all the skinny girls and listen to my instructor saying i don't have a "ballet dancer body". it was hard to discover that the only thing u actually need to have the "perfect" body to be a dancer is just having a body jajaja
