@@EndlessRVing I certainly understand that, but I guess no makes what I'm seeking. That trailer with a front bedroom instead of the bunks and outside cooking area on the deck would have been perfect, especially in a halfton towable...

What a sweet rig for enjoying beautiful boondocking locations. You've got the Queen roofline bed for " the owner's " sleeping and the bunks could be used for storage or you might be able to take out the bunks for an Office Area. Very nice and unique. Thank you for showing me this...I had never seen this in a video walk through before. Keep up the great work. bill in Florida
Nice video guys. That is a sweet looking rig. You are correct about Grand Design. They seem to have quality products and service. Thanks for the share.
Great walk-thru and review, Izzy! Great looking unit with innovative features. Ain't got no toys, but if we did...that's the type of unit we'd look toward! Thanks!
Living The GoodLife Rving yep we didn’t like bunks either but there is only so much you can fit with that huge rear deck. Thanks for watching and your feedback. Izzy
You got to give it to Grand design to offer an innovated option like this. This rig is a little closer to our budget compared to the last review we saw. You guys are getting great at these rv reviews, but I want to see MJ in front of the camera, Haha, Larry
Downsizing Makes Cents we didn’t even plan on shooting a Toy Hauler until we saw this floor plan. We thought it was so different and clever in design. You will see her in our next video!! (Hint another luxury MH lol) Thanks for watching Izzy
NICE! If I was looking for a toy hauler Grand Design would be on my short list. I'd run the refrigerator n electric going down the road. You can run a 12 v line from the tow vehicle to keep the battery charged. I never cease to be amazed when they call a RV 4 season but the dump valves and connections underneath exposed to freezing.
And four seasons means you are using it not just letting it sit so that means you are using your furnace and hot water the under belly is inclose and insulation which means the pipe with the valve at the end is still warm i once wonder that too but did my own experience in Michigan weather
genesis supreme released the overnighter late 2018. so we know where momentum came up with the design lol they did a nice job overall. so i looked up the specs..... only 11' of cargo floor! once again they really missed the mark. 11' doesn't work for sand rails, jeeps or 1000cc turbo sxs's! the overnighter has 14'6" of floor for cargo and lots of jeep guys have been buying them to haul the jeeps. so it's 34'11" long vs 31'6" overnighter. it's 12'4" tall vs 11' on the overnighter. it's 7900 lbs vs 5000 lbs and best of all it's $50k!!!!!! i paid $20k out the door and i thought that was a little over priced! now if grand design would delete the happijac bed, swap the bunk beds out for a queen bed and delete the closet on the outside, move the bathroom to the nose, add 3' to the cargo floor and get competitive with there pricing ( say $30k to $40k with options) then they would really have something! $50k is outrageous lol lol it's only big enough to haul motor bikes or golf carts! what were they thinking!
@@EndlessRVing absolutely agree. i saw a few video reviews of sorts on this unit. i saw that you had one and watched that one. i and my wife have watched several of your video's. nice job and we do enjoy them! my comment wasn't directed at yourself or of your review. it was simply to state that they are headed in the right direction but they once again missed the there turn 100 miles back lol i have yet to find any toyhauler, built in indiana, that can actually haul more than golf carts and harleys! many advertise they can hold sxs's but cannot. when i say that i mean, turbo 1000 sxs or sand rails or jeeps. full size toys is probably a better description. most turbo 1000 sxs's are 1700 to 2000 lbs as well as 2 seater sand rails. if you load either and a spare tire or 2 plus tools and riding gear your 2500 lbs. for some reason the indiana rv industry doesn't understand this but falsely advertises there units. if the toyhauler doesn't have a min of 4000 lb cargo capacity it is for golf carts to harley bikes. now look at the units built in cali, built by offroaders for offroaders! eclipse, genisis supreme, pacific coachworks and even forest river has a plant there! the units built there are built better than the sister plant in indiana to compete with the other 3. they offer axle upgades to increase ccc. always hopeful to see an actual toyhauler in the youtube reviews of folks like yourself at rv shows. i have yet to see any actual toyhaulers that are capable of hauling full size toys. now there smaller lighter weight sxs's on the market for sure. even still if you haul even a half tank of water to a back road riding area......your either maxing out gvwr or over it and that is not safe. i sent grand design and email asking if they offer axle upgrades like the cali units and explained why as i did above. there response ( email response) was that most customers do not know the weight of there toys and that there product wasn't a good fit for myself lmao..........in other words piss off lol so they do know but don't care. again thats a nice unit you reviewed and did an excellent job reviewing it but they missed the mark yet again.
@@NewVisionLCS hey yes you would need a 3/4 or 1ton but the tongue weight is 1500 if trailer is loaded to 12000lb so they just put the max tongue weight on there to give you a ideal
