It’s looking really great. I would advocate for a banister for the stairs to the basement. Safety devices are always important, especially if you have older people with any mobility issues visiting. The laundry room is lovely! Kudos on the updates!
House looks awesome!!!! Regarding your upstairs bedroom idea... I wouldn’t blow out the wall and reconfigure the bathroom and keep the closet on that side... Your current bedroom is way bigger and it’s nice to have a master with that much room...

Beautiful! Suggestion, over sink in basement- instead of mirror add drying rack ( can put mirror above if u choose.) Can put all those things can’t machine dry on drying rack that can project over sink and drip dry.
