unfortunately builders make unaffordable for many
the idea of tiny is to be affordable and without cookie cutter vibe
also not everyone likes cabinets in a kitchen
definitely many people hate loft beds
and so many more reasons developers and government at tied together to inflict rules codes to keep everyone in check

the homes are lovely (but expensive!) but I want a house MUCH bigger than what I have. Problem is I'm in a good neighborhood (quiet) and that is more important.

They're built on trailers for the legal loophole, tiny homes are illegal in most places but having them on a trailer they can be registered under and rv.
