If you want to fall asleep while listening try the sleep RUclips!It works well and no ads!If I fall asleep during regular books I have to try to find my last memory 😅

Wow! Within the first two minutes Ive been appalled by the main character in three major ways. Im jumping ship…. Looking for a cozy mystery to relax into.
Lumbers along at excruciatingly boring snail's pace.. Even the "exciting" denouement is nearly impossible to listen to without switching off and going to wash dishes or watch some paint drying...😵💫
Well no. It's not a video game or a solve-it-in-an hour mystery. Maybe OG style who-done-it books aren't where folks with short attention spans need to look for entertainment. 🤷♂️
It's a book. It's called prose, and character and setting development. Sounds like you'd be better entertained by video games or 90 min. action films. This will never be that. And thank goodness it's not.

Way too many ads--I put this on to help me fall asleep, but the ads jerk me awake…😢
They go away after awhile, at least for me they did on both of the books I listened to.
It's annoying, great story and I pay for you tube now so I never have adds. It's worth it.

Some very undesirable characters in this story. An expat in Florida.
Great narrator but that story was weak. They talk about 'the 80's ' like they were the 1880's. A 9 hr story that was only about a 2hr story.
