(Black gram with jaggery)(greated coconut with jaggery ,black pepper powder, green cardamom);(roasted flax seed powder with jaggery) for non diabetic members. We do the rice dough by cooking process.

we call it gojha in our village. We also prepare it with wheat flour and stuffed with a mix of chana dal and split urad dal with skin i.e. chhilke wali urad dal. We also add a few garam masalas like moti elaichi, laung and dalchini besides the ones you have used. Steaming process is the same and the accompaniment (chutney) is also the same.
