I was not expecting these feels this evening... I lost my dreams a long time ago with the diagnosis of chronic health conditions, and since then I've been floating through life like a ghost. I have nothing to hold onto and nothing to strive towards, This has made me really think about dreams. I don't know when I lost all my dreams, but I know I used to have them. I remembered them, the ones that mattered to me. Is it too long to pick them up again? This has been a big wake up call for me. Probably not the intent of the video... but I want to regain what I've lost. Find my dreams again. Write. Become stronger. Get that structure and purpose again. Work with animals. Thank you. I will come back here in a year and update on my progress.

As someone who saw the Netflix show - which is actually pretty decent overall and the Sandman himself is definitely the highlight - I can say that this is a better representation of these characters.
I have never read Sandman but now I want to 😅. Constantine has always been one of my favorites (thank you Matt Ryan) and you do him well. I just started watching the Sandman series and I find it intriguing so far. All the elements in this double feature were awesome. I've seen your original John and Sandman videos and you did improve on them. Your skills, Jim have definitely gotten better! That you made this one a continuation of the first one is a plus. I also want to say thank you for engaging your Patreon community in this. I pose that we actually live two separate lives. One, a world where all is order and mundane, the other, chaos, ruled by whim, desire, and wish. Which would Dream say is the true realm? It would be interesting to learn their thoughts on that.
The funny things is, the first time I watched this video I was here for John, because I knew him from Legends of Tomorrow and the dc verse. But now that I finished 'The Sandman' on netflix, I finally caught on! Hahaha!
