    last summer I had 3 stays in the psych ward at the hospital because I was ready to end my life. It was so encouraging to hear the interview and to remind myself there are so many people fighting similar battles. Now if only I could get into running!!!

    Careful drinking and advertising drinking raw milk. Like anything, it’s all about how much risk you’re willing to take. Make sure you do your own research and make the decision for yourself, everyone!

    M8, I really enjoy your content, thanks for that!
    But the advertising for cow milk… really? :/ there are better ways and alternatives. We don’t need animals to suffer for some milk, which originally is for their cow babies. Maybe think about.

    • @jeremy.miller
      @jeremy.miller  2 месяца назад

      Raw milk farms are vastly different from factory/industrial farms. The cows do not suffer and are treated much better
