Hi all - adding a few more details since I've been getting questions. Thanks for watching - don't forget to subscribe because I have more ring, engagement and (hopefully) wedding content coming! Band - petite shared prong (3mm pave band) Center diamond - ~2 ct
Love your ring! Can we know the specifics of your ring? Will love to know the carat, color, clarity. It's not braggy at all, I mean please flaunt it! :)
Beautiful ring! I'm glad you went with a lab grown. I insisted on a lab grown myself for ethical reasons from JamesAllen. And the 2 ct. looks big on your finger. Mine would look a little smaller because my ring size is a 5.25. But nevertheless, it's my dream ring!!
Bought one for my fiancé. I get more compliments than her because “he did good!” comments were flying left and right. We felt so good about lab vs mining.
Your ring is absolutely beautiful, I'm thinking of going with a lab grown diamond as well and pretty much the same style as yours too! What is your cut/clarity and having it for a while now are you still happy with it?
@@jessicalim4755 the stone looks huge on your hand like a 3 carat but you have really small cute hands, I'm a size 7 and 2 carats look quite small on me... :/ also great choice, I love lab grown diamonds...maybe you and your fiance could make a video and talk about why he chose a lab grown diamond for you...i don't want to support all those diamond lords and all the Wars in Africa....people were fighting over stones (blood diamonds)

I don’t know the exact cost (I actually prefer not to so there’s still a little mystery). But if you’re asking about equality - it’s good! I took it to an independent jeweler and they even commented on the quality of the diamond.
They are real diamonds. They are just grown in a lab instead of natural but they are still diamonds so people aren’t wrong in thinking it’s a real diamond because it is. Stones like moisonette and CZ are fake diamonds. They look like diamonds but aren’t. Lab diamonds are 100% real diamonds they are cheaper bc it takes less time & money to produce them then it does to mine a natural diamond 💎 💍
Do it get rings from brilliant earth, they covered up a lot of controversy from 2017, recently had more issues on Reddit as well. Most of the videos are sponsored. Be careful, your money deserve better.
I bought 1ct natural diamond ring from them and returned immediately after I got the ring. I felt being ripped off. It took them 5 week to finished the ring and 3 or 4 weeks to refund. They hold my money for too long

If he can't afford a large, genuine diamond engagement ring, forget him. Those glassy lab-created diamonds in flimsy mountings look like cheap fakes. They cost thousands and aren't worth squat.
You’re quite wrong about lab diamonds being glassy or cheap fakes. They are scientifically created the exact same way natural earth diamonds are created, the literal only difference between a lab created Diamond and a natural Diamond is that it was created in the ground naturally within the earth. A lab grown Diamond possesses the same exact chemical make up of a lab grown Diamond, so your comment about them is invalid. Also lab diamonds come GIA certified the same way a natural Diamond is certified. So realistically the entire world has been brain washed into thinking that a “natural” Diamond vs “labgrown” is a true testament to how much a person loves their significant other, and it’s quite pathetic. But hey, to each is own.
@@paulaajohnson2597 so then you’re speaking about something entirely different then. What you are referring to are fake diamonds, Natural Diamonds and Lab created diamonds are the exact same thing. Also if you’ve seen GIA certified fake diamonds, that’s something you should be reporting. And just because you worked at Cartier, don’t mean a thing. We all know these big brand names like Cartier , Tiffany , Kay, Jared, they all use very low quality natural diamonds and mark up the cost by 50%+.
@@HandsomeJules You obviously never got past 4th grade and you can't understand simple English. Anything lab-created is artificial. It and the real deal can't possibly be the same based on origin alone. GIA works with genuine/naturally occurring gemstones only. Cartier has always been Crown jewel-quality. Tiffany is not.
