Excaliburs sword used to actually stick out on the single layer variant but then they just kept shortening it and shortening it, they were afraid of excaliburs true power lmao
For Real, that stuff looks like it would've been deadly on the Metal series since it’s Real issue seems to be the durability of it.

the swords broke way faster because you orientatied the model vertically so the layer lines make it weaker
For the last one, you could make the outer most armor a defense mode, the second armor an attack mode, and the base layer as a stamina mode.
That would be really cool and have 2 other armors which could be interchanged so you could have like 2 defense 2 attack or any other combo
but a stamina layer with attack driver or attack layer with stamina driver won't work out.
You should make perfect defense type using a completely spherical driver, a heavy metal, and a perfectly round layer. That would be very cool.
Nah that is stamina. Defense is more popular with counter attacking so maybe just add a bit of shape in the layer to make it more "aggressive"...you know what I mean by "aggressive". Or maybe,the bey is so heavy that anything that hits it will just be banished to the shadow realm. If it is,then there is no use of making it less circular.

the ball one feels like it has potential if you give it a burst and a self-destruction sequence. so it can't just steal spin the entire match

My stupid idea is a beyblade that has one or more parachutes on the layer so it can fall slower onto the stadium and preserve stamina. And then use the cloth as a barrier gimmick once on stage. Feel free to choose whichever number of parachutes is the easiest to implement so long as it's still at a functional size

If the double Armor blade Armor had less friction between them and the armer could free spin it would take a lot more hits
The sphere bey seems like it has infinite spin energy, and it looks the part, too.
i feel like a bayblade that can be fliped over and still spin would be a pretty cool gimic

You could use strong magnets for armor chunks if you try to make the idea work
You should take all the upgrade idea in the comment section for the double armor beyblade. I really like the idea of each layer being a different bey type, and the one where the one of layers (which was unspecified but I'd prefer it be the defense layer) can freespin.
And maybe an extra one with all the good ideas...

You should make the first armour thinner and the metal rubber so it absorbs all the damage

For the last bey it would be cool if you added the driver that has two parts to it. I know that driver sucks but it might make an interesting battle

For the double armor how about a variation where its like prominence where the outside armor shoots of normal and the inner armor is like heavy mode and is harder to shoot off

A beyblade that changes modes in battle like left to right spin and attack to stamina to defense to balance
Make a beyblade which when hit on a particular point releases a metal ball in match
And make it where the locks are on the first layer of the armor one is about to fall off. It will attach again, but it only happens once each match.
I really liked them all, also i found something out a good while ago, you can spin the right joycon of a switch like a beyblade on the top of it since the joystick is in the middle(would not recommend for battle unless it’s an old unused joycon or something like that)

It might be neat to put the giant sword on a slide like from a drawer, and have a spring to pull back with tension.
The faster it's spinning the farther out it would extend, then as it loses speed it pulls back in becoming more stable.
Ok if you came up with this this is the best idea of all time what the heck

You should’ve used the bullet driver on the double armour bey!
a funny idea you could do is to make a Beyblade sorta like Wyvern. but the free spinning ring is MOTORIZED; instead of being made of plastic, it is made of rubber. it could also change which way it spins and how fast it spins. this could cause some crazy hits considering the shape is just like wyverns ring.
I feel like you can add some knobs or something on that ball to make it more effective but here's my idea kind of similar to the original idea of that one with two armors start off with the original Excalibur design but each one of the three or more points can pop off mid battle and are tied on to the Beyblade with a string creating a chain and ball helicopter attack I feel like that could be very strong or completely mess you up
Okay crazy idea. A beyblade that spins both directions. It spins clockwise, but it was an out layer that has a motor or somthing that keeps it always spinning it counter-clockwise, instead if those lame free spinning things.

If your ever going to do a vid like this again I’ve got a really good idea you should try and put metals balls in a bey layer that way when it spins it shoots them out kind of like a U shape it would sit at the bottom of the U and shoot out each end.
I really appreciate and amazed by how the projectile armor is 2 than single which Takara tomy even can't make this idea possible 😆👍.

My custom beyblade's gimmick was that the layer has 2 swords that can change positionings whenever it hits the wall

i always wanted a bey that had a spring inside connected to a free spinning outer part that when it's hit stores up energy and then when the bey slows down the spring releases all that energy into a sudden fast rotation basically giving a bey a second wind
I love the Modern designs for the beyblades. But I do miss the little Bit-Beasts plates from the original.
An armour that can split in half. It would be so funny to be tricked with your bey breaking!
I have an idea that’s a cross between the ball and phoenix armor, basically a gyroscope inside a free spinning shell but the shell covers the entire beyblade so you can’t beat it with attack only stamina

I was thinking when you were talking about a top that switched directions and what if you did that as a gimmick- theirs a clockspring or similar peace getting wound that winds on launch and unwinds as it looses wind

I may be hallucinating, but I think that when the double armored bay lost some of its spin while battling Valtreyak/Valkyrie, it actually sped up.
the xcalibur sword idea made me think of another idea where like its a starwars darth vader them beyblade where its the shape of xcalibur but theres a hilt design down the middle into one contact point and when you hit the contact point there would be a lightsaber that is spring actioned and the lightsaber blade would come out to make a big contact point like the big sword for xcalibur
I had an idea for deathscyther were the metal blade works like double strike were the blade is spring loaded so when it's pushed in the metal springs out like double strike but better because it's way better
What you could do is, if you are doing 3 at a time, make each bey then for the end have. One thats a fusion of the 3.

I'd go for a ring of magnets on an endurance type to help repulse the metal in the opponent's beyblade.
These ideas are all pretty tame compared with the fever dream that was the metal saga anime, so let's see if you are really prepared for the dumbest ideas. Make a beyblade that generates an actual cyclone around it like rock leone in metal fusion, or you can't?

it's called a top.
@@archwaldo a top isn't launched by a beylauncher, can't burst and is usually pure wood or plastic, and doesn't use a combination with steel like most beyblades

Okay here's my idea. Basically how but a special driver and special middle layer a special middle layer has armor that is bigger than the normal bay like the normal top layer. Have a bottom layer which has a decoy kind of like whatever driver. Basically when you hit it hard it creates another decoy basically have that but it has magnets that. Hope the thing and get certain distance away like the middle armor. So then you could create an armor with armor or decoy with armor I can say and then have the original Bay which already has to armor
