    Extending 2nd avenue to the Atwater will be a game changer! The area is so land locked as it is today. Extending 2nd Avenue will allow residents and guest in the area to walk straight up 2nd Avenue to businesses, where today they have to walk around to Hart plaza and then cross Jefferson (No access via Jefferson Ave South of Cobo)

      Yeah, I heard Sterling (the same developer company that's building the hotel just brought the parking lot.
