Solid aerobic extra-workout too with those jog recoveries 👌
Yes! 8k of volume if you include the jog
Thanks for sharing Marco. What sort of time were you jogging the 400m recoveries out of interest?
I was just hot watching you do reps in that jacket lmao, loved the vid tho man
Do you recommend the Adidas adizero ambition spikes?
Hi Marco, im also a 800m runner with a PB of 1:50 at the age of 19. I was wondering if u do a lot of 400m workouts, since my 400 time is only 50 seconds, i think the key to improving my 800 is to get faster?
Thanks for the content you are sharing, and keep up the good work!
You certainly work to improve personal time on the 400 metres. But continuing to work on an aerobic level as well. In particular, maximum aerobic power.
Bro u gotta release ur vid one by one instead of all at once!!! Great job btw keep it going
Will do. I appreciate it!
You are going to be a world and Olympic champion 1:41.4
If you don’t mind, what’s your height and weight? I’m 6 foot 1 , 175lbs and I don’t know if that’s good for the 800m or not
Accodding to google, he's 1.93m tall and 78 KG. That's 6 foot 5 and 170 pounds.
As a guess, you're a little heavy, but if you're pretty lean, then it's not a worry. Muscle mass is important, you just don't want a ton of excess fat. I'm 6 foot and 175 pounds, so basically your size, and I run a 2:10 at 15 years old, do you can run decently at least with that size
