I really like that you did not use big power tools! So many other videos label themselves as easy or free, but use expensive power tools. I definitely see myself building these!
This is an awesome project. I’ll save the video so I can make it. But I will use it to plant vegetables. I think at the bottom I’ll plant potatoes and carrots. In the middle tray done strawberry plants and on the top some garden herbs
So doable, thank you for taking the time to show us all what we can do without having to use special tools. I especially like that you used boxes instead of landscaping material. This will be a good project with the kids.
But boxes won't hold up very long with watering the plants. And no drainage either at the bottom. I would think the bottom wood would rot pretty quick, but I love the concept. Very pretty too.
I love this. It's fun to repurpose them and your design is lovely. I built two patio couches and a table from heat-treated, free pallets and they're still going strong after 3 southern summers. Definitely have to check the codes stamped on the pallets to determine if they're safe for reuse.
your gently approach to take that pallet apart, in loafers I might add lol. is a stark contrast to the banging, swearing, and mayhem it'll take me to recreate for a mothers day gift. thank you.
Im figuring i will spend a weekend on it drink a 12pk of miller light & half a handle of tito's get frustrated and throw it all in the fire pit! then just go out and buy one! lol
Thank you for sharing this video. Very easy to follow and I LOVE the fact that you used mostly hand tools except an electric drill. I also like that much of the video is in 'real time' (I.e. not fast forward or jump ahead) so it gives me a more realistic sense of the amount of work is needed to complete the project. Bravo!
Thank you kindly for sharing this amazing simply minded experience that one would not even had thought of at all. I'm so going to try this method, especially with the change of seasons and weather patterns. Thank you
Muy creativo como siempre y está genial tu creación para todos los que nos gusta la jardinería y tenemos poco espacio saludos cordiales desde Veracruz México.
uses hand saw and nails then out of no where plot twist breaks out a cordless drill! lol! planter looks awesome great idea i have access to a bunch of pallets and the wife is on me to build something like this to put on the deck for herbs and small veggie plants this looks like it will do the job nicely!
It’s lined with cardboard? That won’t last long. The concept is great though. I think maybe lining it with plastic sheeting or landscaping fabric would make it last longer though.

Tools are never a bad investment go to a garage sale they practically give stuff away
Nice! You can put landscape fabric inside each planter. It will hold soil but drain water...and will last much longer than cardboard.
I love that you actually use things that I already own and don’t spend a ton of money on other supplies or doesn’t make it any point in doing it
Love that you use simple tools.
Thank you. help me share this video with your friends : )

Love to watch this.I have some pallets that I want to recycle.great ideas.good job.
Lindo! Parabéns!Suas idéias são simples e charmosas,eu amo!
Beautiful love it. The oil you used does that help to treat and preserve the pallet wood because the wood is untreated wood.

Gracias por este hermoso vídeo 🌱⚘⚘😍saludos 🇨🇷
Cool project. I admire your patience with the handsaw! Are you replacing the cardboard boxes yearly or did the survive the season?
Hi, I usually use tarpaulin and make drainage holes.
I love this. I think I would put some castors on so I could easily move it around on my balcony. (I’m always moving stuff around 😊)
This is an excellent tutorial, and I think I will try making it (with wheels). 😊👍
You can do it! Good luck and Don't forget to share it

Great idea lots of work 👍💖😀
Idea yang sangat bagus untuk pencinta tanaman. Boleh buat rak seperti ini, untuk hiaskan tanaman dilaman rumah.
Nice reuse. If you first put empty plastic jugs & bottles in the very bottom of the planter , you won’t need so much soil to fill the planter.
This is so cool. And you have documented the steps so well. Going to give this a try! Willl tag you if I post on my new RUclips :) Thank you!!!
This was very satisfying to watch
