Shindong used to be a great idol for me when I was younger and struggling with my body image. But as I grew older, I realized the importance of health and have been trying to reach my optimum body weight range. I'm glad Shindong took this initiative and has become healthier. Remember people, even if you want to lose weight, do it in a healthy way. I wish you the best.
