As far as I know, nobody tried a pacifist run at this difficulty yet.
Current non TAS WR belongs to andresfgp13 at 9:41 - However it's a non-pacifist any% with a single loop.
SHORT REVIEW
Strikers 1945 III AKA Strikers 1999. Gameplay is identical to Strikers 1945, but it's set in modern era with modern jet fighters.
Soundtrack is good, so are graphics.
Controls are smooth.
Fun game, although frustrating on higher difficulty levels.
Overall rating: 7,5/10

OK! The pacifist gameplay of Strikers 1945 3 (aka 1999) made me realize that this game is the hardest of the first Strikers trilogy 😳🤯
(Edit) Did your dodging skills like this gameplay had learned from playing Touhou (aka No hitbox logic, I guess 😅)? I mean too many bullets to be literal BULLET HELL to dodge, specially in Loop 2 🤯

This is (unfortunately) a tool assisted speedrun...I wish I was able to dodge bullets like that in real life

Now we all know how difficult the 2-loop very hard looks like in Strikers 1945 3 tho-, specially with that moment before you face the moment boss
