Yup, although it wouldn't be possible on a stock, unmodified North American/European NES, as these don't support in-cartridge audio expansions like the Famicom (basically the Japanese NES) does.

That's because the VRC7 contains a cut-down YM2413 (OPLL), which in itself is a cut-down YM3812 (i.e. OPL2).
