Sir my father had purchased a property and he died intestate. My brother transferred it to his name and the 4 siblings are 1 brother and 3 sisters. My mother was not educated and was a housewife. He wrote a will and took my mother's sign. He says it was her self acquired flat. Now they got me married to a person who harassed me a lot which ended in a divorce. I have filed a case now. But in the society he has faked some, papers in connivance with the society when he was elected secy or treasurer. I have no share papers of the flat. Where can I get the original papers to prove it was my father's self acquired property. Will any govt office be able to help me. Plz advice

My mother gifted this property to me on Nov. 2022 with witnesses of father and one married sister .

Self acquired property, no children, husband passed away, no brothers and sisters all passed away from husband side. the main applicant passed away in 2018 and by Hindu law this should go to wife’s elder sister children who are still alive. Now the 3rd generation one girl says this property will was given to her and she executed the will and transferred the property to her husband as Gift deed and got registered the house property on her name.

Sir, Very well explained in a simple and layman language. I have a query, if you could kindly advise. My father purchased a plot of land from his own income. This plot was registered in his own name. We are four brothers& sisters. All the children were working and financially contributed for the construction of this house. My father was working as a clerk with a monthly salary of Rs.300 /- only. He could not have constructed this house without the Help of his children. Means the plot was purchased by him alone but the construction was done with the financial help of all the children. Can he dispose this property as a self -acquired property?
Yes, father has self acquired property. Because it is not a matter that he collected money from where.
