    हमारा आपसे एक प्रश्न है, कृपया इसका उत्तर अवश्य दीजिएगा
    प्रश्न - X पिता के दो पुत्र A और B हैं। पिता X ने अपनी स्व अर्जित संपत्ति को छोटे पुत्र B को यह कहते हुए रजिस्टर्ड वसीयत कर दिया कि उसका "बड़ा पुत्र A उसे मारता है, यातना देता है, शराब आदि का सेवन करता है, उसे आतंकित करता है और उससे 20 वर्षों से अलग रहता रहता है ।" जबकि वास्तविकता यह है कि बड़ा पुत्र A वसीयत के दिन से 20 वर्ष पहले से ही 100% विकलांग है और इसका प्रमाणपत्र भी है । .... ऐसी दशा में क्या वसीयत अवैध या न्यायालय से खारिज हो सकता है ?

    Sir, well explained & very important for pensioners at large. There is one more subject on the nominee issue is LTA ( Life Time Arrears) in which the pensioners submit four sets of four forms ( quintuplicate) to the bank. If there are any legal points of view please be explained.

    Sir, namaskar, sir section 44 says that undivided share can be sold without partition and permission from other co owners in intestate case but you have explained in your video that co owner could not sell his own share without permission and partition his share in the undivided intestate property.     hello sir , Assume it ..If property is purchased directly in the name of Chota Bhai (Minor) at the age 12 Year . is this considered self acquired property ? Bcz , other two Brothers can claim the property partition suit if directly registered and what if Asha bhai have Daughters do they also have rights on Asha bhai self Acquired property if it is registered directly on chota bhai.     If any Bank account is joint & E&OS basis.
    What will happen after the death of the First Holder?
    Even First Holder has made Will as well.
    So my question is distribution of Bank funds will be done as per 2nd holder (being E&OS account) OR as per WILL?

    For self-acquired property, (individual house) as per Indian law, what options left for the parents, if both daughters claim for total hold of the property and both refuse to agree for cash compensation?

      The self acquired property of parents cannot be claimed for any purposes even for holding it or living there by the children, as per Indian law.
      If parents allow the adult children to hold the property or live there they can always ask for financial compensation from the children as that property is the saving of the parents out of which they can always make money...

    Sir,me ek property purchase karna chata hun.jo ki 2005 me kisi huf karta ke favor me zda jaipur ne patta jari kiya tha.uske baad karta ne vo property 2007 me kisi duare vayakti ko sale kar di.fir us vayakti ne ek will uske pati ke favar me jari ki.us vayakti ki death ke baad vo property uske pati ke naam transfer ho gayi.fir uske pati ne vo proprty bilder ko 2022 me sale kar di.uske baad bilder ne us property ka sub division zda se karwa kar us per individual villa bana kar bech raha h.mera sawal tha ki.kya isme karta ko sale ke samay co parcners ki sahmati jaruri thi.ya wi independently sale kar sakta tha.kya isko me purchse kar sakta hun ya nahi.air ek sawal co parcners ka property claim karne ka koi time limit h ya nahi.sir please guide me. 11:13

    मी एक 87 वर्षाची महिला आहे मला तीन मुली आहेत मोठ्या मुलीने माझ्यावर व mazy धाकट्या दोन मुलींवर कोर्ट केस केली आहे. मोठ्या मुलीने वडिलांशी देखील 25 वर्षा पासुन संबध तोडले होते. तिने त्यांचे किंवा आमचेही काहीही केले नाही. अणि ती आता त्यांच्या पैशावर व सर्व गोष्टीवर हक्क सांगत आहे. तर आम्ही तिला काहीही देण्यास नकार दिला आहे कारण तिचा आता काहीही हक्क नाही फक्त पैसे घेण्यासाठी ती आली आहे.

    Sir my father had purchased a property and he died intestate. My brother transferred it to his name and the 4 siblings are 1 brother and 3 sisters. My mother was not educated and was a housewife. He wrote a will and took my mother's sign. He says it was her self acquired flat. Now they got me married to a person who harassed me a lot which ended in a divorce. I have filed a case now. But in the society he has faked some, papers in connivance with the society when he was elected secy or treasurer. I have no share papers of the flat. Where can I get the original papers to prove it was my father's self acquired property. Will any govt office be able to help me. Plz advice

    मेरे दादा को उनके ननिहाल मे नाना की मरने के बाद मामी के द्वारा प्रकरण 154 शीर्ष अ-27 के तहत बटवारा आदेश दी. 14/10/1988 को तहसीलदार द्वारा बटवारा स्वीकृत किया गया।
    तो यह सम्पति मेरे पिता के लिए पुसतैनी है या नही
    हाथ जोडकर प्राथना है बताए

    There are 6 members in my family.
    3 married sisters ,mother, father and me.
    Property (Plot ) was purchased by father from own fund at the time of his retirement in the name of my mother .
    My mother is house wife .
    Property 's papers are in my mother name.
    Who is the actual owner of this property mother or father?.
    Both mother and father are existing.
    My mother gifted this property to me on Nov. 2022 with witnesses of father and one married sister .
    Is this gift legally OK or not OK ?

    Self acquired property, no children, husband passed away, no brothers and sisters all passed away from husband side. the main applicant passed away in 2018 and by Hindu law this should go to wife’s elder sister children who are still alive. Now the 3rd generation one girl says this property will was given to her and she executed the will and transferred the property to her husband as Gift deed and got registered the house property on her name.

    Sir, Very well explained in a simple and layman language. I have a query, if you could kindly advise. My father purchased a plot of land from his own income. This plot was registered in his own name. We are four brothers& sisters. All the children were working and financially contributed for the construction of this house. My father was working as a clerk with a monthly salary of Rs.300 /- only. He could not have constructed this house without the Help of his children. Means the plot was purchased by him alone but the construction was done with the financial help of all the children. Can he dispose this property as a self -acquired property?

      Yes, father has self acquired property. Because it is not a matter that he collected money from where.
      Main thing is that according to registered documents he purchased property as a sole owner

      Self acquired aur ancestors property kuch nahi hota. You are legal heirs of property.

    My grandfather was purchased land on my father's name when my father is minor. Just after birth of me my father is died before partition of property of grandfather. My grandfather doesn't give me any right on property. What I have any right on my grandfather property ?
