- The second part of the Barry Sheene Memorial Trophy saw the riders swap around, with those who went second on Saturday doing the Le Mans-style start on Sunday. As usual, the second race of the weekend featured just as much awesome action as the first.

What are the rules for that Le Mans start? Why was one rider already seated, not having to dash across track at the start? He ended up in lead off the line.
Looked like all the bikes had drum front brakes from what I could see. Also, some with right foot "GP" pattern (1 up 3 down) shifting, but some have modern left foot setups. Personal preference or determined by the bike spec?
Hello, I know the rider who was already sat on the bike he’s my dad, he had a knee injury, you’re allowed to do this only due to one rider not being able to complete the run… he did feel a bit guilty I can promise you that!
@@danien2411 That's cool. I was just wondering if there was special provisions for things like this in the rules. I have much admiration for all, including your Dad, being in this race. It was very entertaining to see these old bikes in action.
Just had a slow motion replay of the start and I see two bikes with rider sitting astride already...125 & 7.

I wish the commentators would talk a little less or not so loud. The bikes make a better sound than those people.
Not a fan of bikes,prefer the mini's and the older cars,the way they slide around the counters makes for exciting viewing 👍
