A moderately successful debut by the team of Gregory Charley and John Winston. This duo debuted in the late '80s and got some mild attention from their lead single "Every Little Time," then actually got a hit with the second release "This Time," thanks to a cute/self-effacing vocal spot from Shanice Wilson. But the duo, whose roots went back to the early '80s in Detroit, simply didn't have enough in their arsenal to consistently crank out hits in the necessary manner to ensure steady urban contemporary airplay and exposure.
Shanice is one of the most underrated female singers.

Wow!!! 88....I was a few years out of high school and living with this girl that I thought I was in love with. Fast-forward to June of 2019. I am one year away from retirement and everyone is gone. My entire immediate family has passed away save one uncle (Ahmad). This song is a reminder of carefree, simple times that, at the time, you just couldn't imagine would one day disappear. Young people.... cherish your family and friends. You may wake one day and they will all be gone.

Why I love Shanice to this very day, she is still beautiful with a beautiful family (loved their realty show on Own!) , I loved all of her music , but thus is absolutely my favorite of anything she has done!! Classic, brings back so many memories!

Oh yes! One of my old faves! I remember I loaned the tape to someone and never got it back. I also liked "Quiet Guy". Why is it that we never hear this on the old-school retro shows? Well, thank you to MizBabyGirl and the others on RUclips that keep this music alive and show people that some of us actually REMEMBER the 80s and 90s, rather than being told by marketers what we're "supposed to remember".
