    Excellent demo!! learn a lot, but I am wondering how to do " Campaigns" that I used to do in outbound module in Real-time journey?

      Hi, Thank you! Outbound marketing is being deprecated, so you'll need to transition to the real-time module. The concept of creating journeys to run campaigns is similar to Outbound, but existing journeys and emails will need to be moved across.     Great overview! How can tags be added to contacts and accounts to help with creating segments?

      Thank you. This will depend on the implementation of tags as a column/field in your Dataverse. If you use system-defined tag labels using multiple choice data types, this can be added like any other column to your segment criteria. If you have user-defined tags using a custom solution, this will depend on how it was implemented.

    Is there any way to do social media posting and monitoring KPIs in customer insights journeys like in the previous marketing app?

      Hello. Microsoft hasn't added functionality that enables social posts to be scheduled. This has been part of the Dynamics 365 outbound marketing, but it's not current available in this real-time marketing module within Customer Insights. The app can be used to monitor KPIs, for example using the flows through each journey stages, using marketing goals and the embedded Power BI visuals.
