Not sure if a credit line is something you should ever use. If you can't afford something now, it is optimistic that you cab afford it in 60 days from now. That only works if you already know absolutely certain that you will receive money soon. Especially if you use a business account for private purchases. In the US consumer debt is a huge problem. It is much too easy there to buy now and pay much later. In the US you can buy a car and your payments will start one year after the purchase. That is crazy.
I think there's plenty ways to make your business run and start even if you can't afford anything now. Crowdfunding is one way to get funding in my opinion. And I'm very sure you can look up youtube on how to get funding without going deep in debt. :)
This credit is very useful for me, when i get a project i charge 50% to start and 50% at the end, so 50% plus 45 days of credit, like 80% of the projects i don't need to use my money.

In normal account they bill to individual, For gst claim you need a invoice on your company name with your company gst number mentioned on it and that is only possible in business account.
