oh my GOD I miss this version of the girls, I remember when this was the only album they had out... this takes me back and makes me all warm and fuzzy inside!
About a week after I first saw the video for "the first" they played at lucky bar here in Victoria BC, of course I HAD to go.I was freaking out, halfway through the set Tegan says "you know you guys can dance & make noise,we like that" Sara goes "yah you should be more like THAT guy"& points to me! what a great night.I missed them last time they came to town :(

I love this...I wish I was aware of them at the beginning of their career, granted I was only 11 but whateve. Haha I love Tegan's gay pride sweater/haircut!!! So Cute I'm also sad that Sara doesn't still have her eyebrow piercing! That would be SO hott on her right now!!!
Then you must _really_ love the new new new stuff. They have lost their way. Still in Victoria? Still alive? Sometimes I look at ancient videos from my Favourites and reply to old comments. I am hoping the day comes when someone replies to a 10-year-old comment of mine. I want to see what I was saying back then.
my brother went to the us like 6 yrs ago and i told him to pls pls bring me the t&s album, i loved it so much! and my grand ma ruined it last yr cuz she used the cd as an ashtray T_T *cries* i can't blame her cuz she had the alzheimer syndrome, but she ruined my cd T_T *cries*. now my grandma's dead and without the cd T_T
yep yep yep...still sad about the eyebrow piercing lmao... I really just want Sara to have a piercing, anywhere! I'll take anything I just think she'd be hot with one! And that part at the end where they start dancing is so funny/cute!!!!:-P
i remeber tegan said something about shaving her head at a concert (i watched on youtube) maybe this was the time she was talking about... even though shes not comepletely bald...hmm
i remember the first time i heard these chicks it was 2004 (yeah i got into their music a little late) i was like 12 i think...yeah something like that point is i punched my friend square in the face to scramble to the radio to turn up the radio to hear speak slow...we arnt friends any more cuz of that but its ok cuz she was a crybaby.....yeah..the end
uh, i can't say exactly when... just look to her right eyebrow... even today, if you look at the Con DVD where they have a close up of her face, you can still see the scar on there.

You can still buy the CD, or get it on Google or something. You don't even need the CD.
