Stadia on Android TV: How To Make It Work!

Stadia, Google's game console in the cloud, is currently running on devices of all kinds but as of yet is not officially supported on Android TV devices. While we wait for Google to make those devices compatible, Jason Howell has a way to get it running right now. It's a little hacky but it totally works.
