It's a really good animation. Even great animators look bad especially when there's a lot of slow movement and drama. They have the effects and light of a hollywood movie but all they do is stand talking, barely moving. Just wobbling. This has motion and energy put into it. Their whole body is synced with their lines and adds much more to it.
The reason they barely move while talking is the fact people don't have seizures when they talk. Not that the animation style of this video is bad but you can't call great animations "bad" for simply not making the characters jitter like when a 9 year old first touches sfm.

Their dialogue is normal, but their facial muscles are barely used. Only their lips move as if whispering. They also don't use much body language. Practical Problems is a good example of both. The movement is slow and sluggish due to it being motion captured. But the lack of dialogue means their bodies have to show what they mean. This is lost in many dark or serious animations where it's mostly a small gesture. A good comparison is looking at Mass Effect dialogue vs Jak & Daxter dialogue or Half Life 2. Mostly standing around with little energy. Half Life 2 has a little more while Jak & Daxter put attention to each character even in idle chat to have more movement to express through not just their face but body.

One minor issue, the fact that engineer did not bother to throw the flashbang at the viewer, making it seem like they just flashbanged the entire RED team. Someone should kick that guy for team killing!

I know the animation looks like that probably beacause of time or anything else but i like it, but for how is made it i prefer to think of it as a style that adds a nice touch to the video
