Australia’s Reef Airlie Beach

Hi all :) In this video I went snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef and hiked at the Whitsunday beach. A cool fact is that the sand has 98% silica which means you can polish certain kinds of jewellery for free and it doesn’t burn your feet as you walk on it since it reflects the sun back off it. If you’re caught with any sand, hoping to take home, you will receive a fine of up to $20,000. It’s the 3rd most photographed place in Australia or Queensland if I recall correctly but I could be wrong.
