I really hope to visit South Korea one day. It's been my travel dream for the past 5 years now or maybe six years. I really wanted to go teach and be able to experience that but I don't know if I have a shot anymore. At this point I would just be happy to visit for a month to two months and I would be absolutely fulfilled on that. Hopefully one day I could visit at least a quarter of the many places that you've been to and enjoy all those dishes. Happy and safe travels to you Mikey!

You should definitely try venturing out more! 춘천 (Choon-Chun) is about an hour east of Seoul and is known for their 닭갈비 (dak galbi) - literal translation is Chicken Galbi and it is all about the spicy/sweet chicken grilled directly on charcoal. Hope you can make a trip out of it!
