I honestly don't know why every chicken place in the world doesn't have this. I mean I enjoy dark meat and buffalo wings but when someone just buys a bucket of KFC or Popeye's I'm there for the skin, the meats just there to fill you up.

Not only fast food, but almost all food as they are native to different countries around the world. The problem with food in America is that they Americanize the taste from Chinese to Italian food, from Mexican to Thai, etc. The flavors become duller in America than they are overseas. Even the last holdouts, Korean restaurants, have been Americanizing the taste of Korean food in America starting about a decade ago that it's hard to find good Korean food anymore, at least in NYC and Philadelphia. The sweetness that Mike talks about in South Korea is also them Americanizing the taste in Korea. Two decades ago, Korean food wouldn't be as sweet as it is today and there wouldn't be any cheese in any of the food.
KFC's egg tarts are one of the best egg tarts in the world. They bought the recept from a famous Macau egg tarts place called Lord Stow's Bakery which was created in 1989. When you go to KFC in China or Korea, you must try egg tarts.

And you have to be willing to wait for a fresh batch. Also you are more likely to get food that has been sitting around when you go on the off-hours. I like to go just before the lunch rush or just before 6 pm in a more suburban KFC
