Western societies have secularized and this has the particularity that we are more individualistic and communitarianism has disappeared, there is no more pressure from the community (perhaps in small towns). There are people who are very attracted to feel accepted within a group, follow strict rules and not have to plan practically nothing, everything in their life is tied. Personally I think that is due to a clear mental immaturity. and it is the same cause why certain people enter into sects. Western society is very competitive in many aspects, economic, physical, intellectual ... in the Muslim community all that disappears, for example any woman can find a husband despite being ugly or poor ... but must pay a price very high: his freedom. Of course Western societies are not perfect, we have many evils and those people who are excluded can be attracted to Islam. If that same communitarianism and proselytizing were exercised by another community, those people would be attracted to that other religion. It is not Islam that has the power of attraction, it is Islamic communitarianism. Personally, it is the most rejection of a society, but many people are attracted to that.

The attractiveness of Islam for the vast majority of people who convert to Islam is communitarianism. Western societies have secularized and this has the particularity that we are more individualistic and communitarianism has disappeared, there is no more pressure from the community (perhaps in small towns). There are people who are very attracted to feel accepted within a group, follow strict rules and not have to plan practically nothing, everything in their life is tied. Personally I think that is due to a clear mental immaturity. and it is the same cause why certain people enter into sects. Western society is very competitive in many aspects, economic, physical, intellectual ... in the Muslim community all that disappears, for example any woman can find a husband despite being ugly or poor ... but must pay a price very high: his freedom. Of course Western societies are not perfect, we have many evils and those people who are excluded can be attracted to Islam. If that same communitarianism and proselytizing were exercised by another community, those people would be attracted to that other religion. It is not Islam that has the power of attraction, it is Islamic communitarianism. Personally, it is the most rejection of a society, but many people are attracted to that.

Release Safiyyah (from her captured status) and he consider her release as her dowry;

Fighting in Makkah.

This was mentioned in the oath of absolution for when a man approaches death due to illness, most of his possessions are taken away, so that he does not have more than a third left for him. But the possessions of the prophet remained for him, as stated in the verse of inheritance and in Surat Mariam;
15. الخامس عشر : بقاء زوجيته من بعد الموت .
His marriage is still considered effective after his death (ALL his wives can NOT re-marry anyone else after his death. EXAMPLE: Aisha did not marry anyone);

( 50 ) O Prophet, indeed We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due compensation and those your right hand possesses from what Allah has returned to you [of captives] and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you and a believing woman if she gives herself to the Prophet [and] if the Prophet wishes to marry her, [this is] only for you, excluding the [other] believers. We certainly know what We have made obligatory upon them concerning their wives and those their right hands possess, [but this is for you] in order that there will be upon you no discomfort. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.

Tafsir Al-Qortoby:

Privilege given to the Prophet:
1. الأول : صفي المغنم
The BEST of the booty goes to prophet.
2. الثاني : الاستبداد بخمس الخمس أو الخمس
Take a fifth of all the spoils.
3. الثالث : الوصال
Al Wasl (Continuing the fast through the night to the next night, without eating).
4. الرابع : الزيادة على أربع نسوة
More than four wives.
5. الخامس : النكاح بلفظ الهبة
Marry a woman that offered her self.
6. السادس : النكاح بغير ولي
Marry a woman without the presence (or permission) of a legal guardian.
7. السابع : النكاح بغير صداق
Marriage without payment.
8. الثامن : نكاحه في حالة الإحرام
Marry (and have intercourse) during a state of ritual consecration and purification.
9. التاسع : سقوط القسم بين الأزواج عنه ، وسيأتي
The annulment of oath the prophet may make to his wives.
10. العاشر : إذا وقع بصره على امرأة وجب على زوجها طلاقها ، وحل له نكاحها . قال ابن العربي : هكذا قال إمام الحرمين ، وقد مضى ما للعلماء في قصة زيد من هذا المعنى.
If his (prophet) eyesight falls on a woman, her husband must divorce her, and her marriage is permissible for him. Ibn al-Arabi said: This is what the Imam of the Two Holy Sanctuaries said, and what has passed for the scholars in the story of Zaid of this meaning.
11. الحادي عشر : أنه أعتق صفية وجعل عتقها صداقها
Release Safiyyah (from her captured status) and he consider her release as her dowry;
12. الثاني عشر : دخول مكة بغير إحرام ، وفي حقنا فيه اختلاف
Entering Makkah without entering ihram.
13. الثالث عشر : القتال بمكة
Fighting in Makkah.
14. الرابع عشر : أنه لا يورث . وإنما ذكر هذا في قسم التحليل لأن الرجل إذا قارب الموت بالمرض زال عنه أكثر ملكه ، ولم يبق له إلا الثلث خالصا ، وبقي ملك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على ما تقرر بيانه في آية المواريث ، وسورة ( مريم ) بيانه أيضا.
That he is not inherited by anyone at all. This was mentioned in the oath of absolution for when a man approaches death due to illness, most of his possessions are taken away, so that he does not have more than a third left for him. But the possessions of the prophet remained for him, as stated in the verse of inheritance and in Surat Mariam;
15. الخامس عشر : بقاء زوجيته من بعد الموت .
His marriage is still considered effective after his death (ALL his wives can NOT re-marry anyone else after his death. EXAMPLE: Aisha did not marry anyone);
16. السادس عشر : إذا طلق امرأة تبقى حرمته عليها فلا تنكح . وهذه الأقسام الثلاثة تقدم معظمها مفصلا في مواضعها . وسيأتي إن شاء الله تعالى
If he divorces a woman she remains prohibited to everyone and may not be married "Nikah," again to someone else.

Maxmud Xareed I feel sorry for you. Islam is not the truth. You need to wake up and use your common sense. The quran has lots of contradictions. Allah is not merciful. He allows raping women in sura 4:24! He orders muslims to fight and to kill non-muslims in sura 9:29! And Prophet muhammad was a pervert. He married a six year old girl and had sex with her when she was nine years old!
the quran has no contradictions in it ,rape is not allowed in the quran , muslims are ordered to fight non muslims who are fighting them
aisha was mature when she got married to the prophet and in fact before the prophet she was engaged with someone else

Narrated `Aisha:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death).

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported:
that at the Battle of Hanain Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah's Messenger seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that:
" And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (iv. 24)" (i. e. they were lawful for them when their 'Idda period came to an end).

no matter at what age aisha was married the fact is that she was mature
there is no rape their what that verse allowed was to marry them after the idda
if they were to rape why should they wait iddah
this shows that when captured those women they refrain from having relationship with them

Lost completely lost, most ex muslims I’ve seen and met have one common thread which is: acceptance. Plain and simple. You want to shed your identity and be accepted, and for that you sell your afterlife for this world. It’s sad and ultimately a self esteem issue.
I would appreciate if there was awareness in people to call it "Dharma" . Sanatan Sanskriti or Vedic Dharma. Sanatan Sanskriti is repository of knowledge with human evolution. This evolved with the time and yug (kaal). Dharma has universal application without discrimination.
1. The place between Himalaya in north to indu sarovar (Indian ocean) in south is called Hindu. Himalya Hi + indu. Makes the word Hindu. Used for geographic demarcation. Hindu kush mountain Hindu river called as Sindhu river all indicated the sanskrit origin of the word. But yes doesn't indicate religion but Geographic. Hindustan is a pure sanskrit origin word. Hindu + sthan. Any word added with "sthan" indicates its sanskrit origin. "sthan" became "stan" in apbhransh and prakrit. Has nothing to do with Persian or Arabic. Read the puran.

Books are available on every aspect of human brain can imagine in such a detail that only one book Mahabharat contains one lakh shlokas.
5. In short Dharma is celebration of the diversity of Human knowledge. Celebrating life and Nature is integral part of Sanatan sanskriti. Hindu celebrate Holi Diwali Chhath Pongal Vaisakhi Sankranti alongside numerous smaller celebration round the year.
6. We as a layman only know about Dharma as a blind man knows about elephant after holding the tail of the elephant.
7. Most of us are only able to know what we see on daily basis like nature and creation worship. And on the basis of this we criticize and appreciate dharma. But Dharma criticize none. Dharma don't give scope for criticism but enlightenment and seeking truth .
8. There is so much more to know. Since I am born in a Dharma followers family. Therefore I celebrate the diversity of human thoughts with ease. Dose not mean i know everything. But once you will know Dharma out of the set criteria of Abrahamic religion for Dharma. You will find nothing to criticize like a blind man holding an elephant tail and saying why he is made to hold a snake. Instead of criticism You will question and seek answers.
9. For example when you see a survivor on discovery eating dead animal poo and pee either you appreciate or criticize this. But no one can deny that this human will survive the odd. And Dharma have a complete set of philosophy and practicing sect called aghori. However a few. To make sure that the human will survive the extreme. Human will not die out because of the certain dogmas made by the so called civilized society or religion. Dharma supports all accommodates all.
10. Religion ends at heaven and hell only but the Dharma gives to strive even beyond this. That's Moksha complete liberation. Gives emphasis on seeking, knowing your self deep within and finding your own path. This is the reason from Sanatan dharma lots of ism like Jain, Buddha, Sikh, vaishnava Shaiva, Atheism, came out without any conflict or blood shed. Can you imagine the same with Abrahmic religion?
11. If someone adopts Sanatan dharma way of life. He automatically fits into the either Varna Vyavstha Brahman, Kshatriya, Vaishya, Shudra according to their profession or Ashram Vyavstha Brahmacharya Grihasth Vanprasth and Sanyas. Varna division start from us. Our head is our brahma to control our shoulders are our kshatriya to protect us our stomach is our vysya to feed us and our foot are our shudra to serve us.
Another term division of profession. Which exists all over the world in different forms. And this is most scientific division of profession to avoid conflict in society. This Varna can be achieved by your Karma. To fit into Ashram one has nothing to do. Fits in naturally and can stay in any of the phase as long as he wants.
Now it depends on us that we respect equally to our teacher and our toilet cleaner. Which Dharma clearly says respect each and every thing. This is why worship for all not only to teachers. So if you respect your teacher and toilet cleaner equally you are a great Dharmik person. To show respect we must touch feet not the head. Now where you see fault in this varna system. Lots of Rishi like Valmiki, Vedvyas, Ravidas, Parashar etc were not born in cast Brahman but respected worshipped. Cast seems a tribal identity with all the evils of Ego and depends totally on an individual local social environment no support from Dharma
12. Sanatan Dharma allow an individual to seek truth, follow a path or make his her own path to reach the goal of 'Brahma" the energy and consciousness of the Universe. The feeling of अहं ब्रह्मास्मी, I am the consciousness makes one enlighten and तत् त्वमसी, so are you makes you a Guru.
This is the reason encouraged many enlightened soul to find and make their own path. Thus Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism, sant parampra like Kabir, Ravidas etc were born without any conflict. Dharma allowed them to propagate and flourish
13. Comparing Dharma with one book one prophet religion is not a good idea. Can only increase ignorance. Because books of mazhab are small simple and for that for the followers of that particular mazhab only. So better study the world's oldest surviving civilization based on Dharma with universal application, yourself. अहं ब्रह्मास्मी l तत त्वं असी. सर्वे जना:सुखिनो भवन्तु. सर्वे सन्तु निराम्या:l वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम l
