- Heeello guys,
Today I thought it would be insightful to do a canvas comparison of the three Canvases and I also thought it would e fun to give you my PERSONAL opinion ( if you own any of the bags in a canvas I didn't chose, please don't be offended) of some popular LV handbags that come in all three/two canvases. Love the monogram in SLG’s and love the Damier Ebene in bags. I was drawn to DE at first but then i got the nano speedy and pochette accesoires, i started to like the monogram with a vachetta leather. Just love the classic look of it. All in all love all three canvas

You’re gorgeous and you have wonderful videos! I own the classic speedy 30 in DA and prefer that since there is not much vachetta, whereas my speedy25b is in DE and I can wear it in bad weather.

Is the damier ebene canvas stifffer than the monogram?
In my experience, the damier ebene canvas feels slightly thicker and less slouchy and malleable if that makes sense. I had the speedy b 25 in both DE and monogram, and I noticed a slight difference in the thickness of the canvas of the DE. Same with my neverfulls in both canvases.
I think it depends on the bag how thin or thick the canvas is. A Neverfull has a thinner canvas so it’s more slouchy and the Alma bb has a thicker canvas so it is more structured. Yet I don’t not own one piece in both canvases so hopefully Yvette‘s experience can help you! What I noticed however is the strap being more stiff on the damier Ebene pieces as the leather is coated versus the soft untreated leather on monogram pieces! I hope this helped 🤎

Loved this video! I'm still missing a monogram bag in my collection. Taking my time to pick out the perfect one and in the meantime, exploring other fashion houses. Oh I have to check out your channel to look at your beautiful pieces!! as for mono bags, I feel like the NeoNoe is so perfect and you can chose from so many different leather handles in different colors which also means that you font have to worry about the vachetta leather! 🥰💗
