    Hi, great video, was using it to install mine but you put the silicone hoses on the turbo end the wrong way round, the tapered end needs to go on the flange, this will mean, strange as it seems that the eventuri text is upside down,,,

      @Autofreakgarage  3 дня назад

      I’m pretty sure since filing this video I swapped them around after the fact. I’ll have to check to confirm, but either way, have had them on for 1.5 years and no issues.

    Hey great video. I recently picked up a used set, this video is a big help! Just curious have you noticed any differences after installation?

    Really enjoying the step by step. Will be rewatching to help with my future build. Can I just buy your car? 😂😅 Can't wait to get a F80 M3. Got a E92

      Haha believe it or not, I’ve had quite a few offers on the car already. Respectfully turned them down for now since I’m enjoying it so much.

    Is that silver box an inter cooler ? The layout of the engine is very different then an ej I’m used to seeing

    • @Autofreakgarage
      @Autofreakgarage  Год назад +1

      Charge cooler. Air goes in and coolant coolants it down for optimal air temp. Intercooler is up front in the bumper.

      Thanks brother! I actually have been contemplating doing one. Trying to get the car setup and "finished" before anything is planned. But I will definitely let everyone know when something is put together.

    how many Extra HP do you get with this change? Any differences in sound as well or not really?

    • @Autofreakgarage
      @Autofreakgarage  11 дней назад

      No extra gain or sounds from the charge pipe alone. They are just stronger and better flowing than stock and can ultimately hold more power.

    I've heard and read on forums that the CF Eventuri Chargepipes are not recommended for anything over stock due to how they are made and cant hold up to increased boost pressure. I still bought them but havent installed yet. I plan to do stage 2. What other mods have you done and any issues thus far?

    • @Autofreakgarage
      @Autofreakgarage  Месяц назад +1

      Been at stage 2 for almost a year now and no issues at all. Holds power very well.

    I love carbon and maybe it's just the video but there seems like a lot of different weaves going in different directions. It's kind of a lot to take in.

    • @Autofreakgarage
      @Autofreakgarage  Год назад +1

      Charge pipes are the same weave as the strut brace. Intake matches the m performance weave.

    Hmm just saw your video bro, doesn’t seem anyone warned you…. There is a reason Eventuri doesn’t gloss finish those charge pipes… For one the charge pipes are in an area which has a ton of heat exposure… Not only can the color yellow, I have actually seen the epoxy/ceramic gloss resin finish melt and crack… Hope you have had good luck with them. I recommend just the plain matte finish over the gloss. I know the gloss looks better, however if your one of the unlucky one and this is a matter of time, not only will it be a eye sore to your ride, but it will expensive if you choose to replace them. For peace of mind and avoid the headache Just go with the matte finish…

      Plenty of miles on them and no issues. Look as good today as they did in this video.
