    Those darker bold markls you added at the end really brought a lot of contrast to the paintings. Lovely!

    I love a glaze over a good abstract.

      Thanks for mentioning glazing. I have oodles of medium but never liked the look of a glaze on paper, or rather never liked paper with a glaze on it. With acrylic, it's all plastic, but I use lots of water and the surface often looks more like a watercolor because paper is so absorbent. I might try it again to see if I change my mind.

    Wendy have you always painted abstract or is this a new venture for you?

      Thanks for commenting. It's not new, I started my career in college as an abstract painter. Later I switched to figurative/narrative work and most recently, after decades of painting, I'm back where I started. My first love was abstraction.
