    Thank you for making these summaries. I read Black Swan many years ago, but have not read Talebs other books. Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich Dad Poor Dad was also helpful to me. I now have FU. M. and high optionality. I am very grateful to all the generous people who share their knowledge, I try to do the same.

    If those seeking wealth are doing so because they wish to escape the burdens of work needed to accumulate wealth, then wealth and the tool of money used to acquire wealth become pro-fragile or brittle... as can be seen with fiat currencies, its crypto-derivatives, and property as a store of wealth.
    {tl;dr- speculation on civil dislocation}
    Anti-fragility is inherent in the capacity to produce generative wealth, not in the ability to hoard or allocate towards extractive or exploitative commerce.
    In the United States, 2/3 of productive assets lay fallow (pre-Covid-19) simply because profits were greater if productivity shifted towards lower variable cost suppliers (cheaper labor). The US supply of prison labor and the reserve army of unemployed are insufficient to drive down domestic labor costs, forced migration is imposed upon 3rd world host economies to supply disposable labor to essential production services like industrial agriculture and domestic services. {btw, when the professional classes can no longer attract foreign labor, the scientific, medical and entrepreneurial sectors will suffer too.}
    When the dollar collapses (empires inevitably fail), the labor attracted to that false totem of wealth also seeks value elsewhere... perhaps behind a movement of civil unrest or global warfare in coordination with others who no longer seek the justice but have an insatiable appetite for vengeance. A narcissistic society knows no bottom; when the illusions of aspirational wealth are shattered, the full force of rage is a horrifying fragility to witness. The insatiable anger becomes indiscriminate blame resulting in totalitarian genocide and frenetically accelerated ecocide... this is our current trajectory.
    Anti-fragility exists only when social and civil homeostasis can be reached through collective consensus, not psychopathic coercion. Free markets are simply one example of an ideological mask of malevolent narcissism at play. Free markets + centralized digital currencies = neo-slavery. Since America was founded and has operated as a slavocracy, making America great again has become the rallying cry for the nostalgia of systemic tyranny against the masses. With this shift in the fragility of labor, the “optionality” of perceived ability to choose your job in a free market will degrade into a frenzy of choosing your masters and giving away your sovereignty and autonomy in the hope of survival.

    It was a good video until the medication part. This guy has clearly no idea of the medical problems of people. I hate when people with no medical scientific education give their opinion as if it’s the ultimate truth.

      If you read the book, you'll know that Caleb is talking about diseases that can be prevented and cured by strengthening natural immune system. There'll be some exception ofcourse, for special medication cases. But what he's saying is.. the simplest sample is like try to avoid chemical medication just for a simple flu.. The more you addicted to external medication (instead of focus on your own immune system), the more fragile you are.
