I remember that when I used the Evo X in speed and I configured it, it was like "time to unleash the beast!"

Stage 4 parts add an extra gear for every 5 speed stage 3 trans, saved my ass when building a speed challenge Corolla.

Well done on using the stock tires strat. But you can also use stage 3 or 4 tires to set the pressure to high and then switch them to stock keeping the high pressure on the tires despite the tuning being locked.
Which allows for a faster car

That's exactly what I did. I first apply all stage 3 parts, tune the car and then if a car needs a certain part reduced (in this case both the evo's tyres to stock) I reduce it to what ever is best.

      @Marcy2200 nice!
Typically, my strategy is to equip stage 3/4 parts, tune the car and then switch back to stock. And then equip better tires if the car is too hard to control.
As in the games files stock tires have the lowest mu0 value of the tires. This value controls rolling resistance and tire traction so higher values do give better grip but at the sacrifice of top speed.
I'm unsure if this was intentional or a quirk of the game

Hey marcy, i've got an idea to determine the overall best car in the game, and heres how im thinking it will be:
Complete the stage 3 testing first.
Then take a car, and its position for grip, drag, speed and if its RWD, its position in drift as well.
Add them up all together and you get a number.
Then do it for all cars, and then every car has its own number.
And you rank them by which car got the smallest number.
So lets say: the Evo 10 is 14th in grip, 47th in drag, 18th in speed. But it cant do drift events, so all FWD and AWD cars must get an 24 added for not being able to participate in drift events.
Add those all up and it gets 103.
Do the same for all other cars, rank them all based by how small their number is, and boom. Done
Plus, ima take a bet and say the CCX will be number 1
(i swear, if the F1 is 1 place up than the CCX, i'll bang my head on my own wall)

I'm actually already doing that in an excel sheet very similarly on how I determent the best car in NFS Undercover.
I'm doing a championship with an in depth points system.
And cars that are unable to participate in drift and wheelie competitions are getting 1.5 times the amount of points for the regular event to compensate that.

I've decided to drop the Impreza for stage 4 testing. Otherwise we'd have more than half of the cars qualifying for stage 4 testing.

Idk my Evo 9 is better so far but is for number 2 from the list
It's ok but i'm still love my Evo 9 and my Evo 8

It is just me or R34 so bouncy in nevada...

It is. R34 is almost undriveable in Nevada. Same with Lancer if you don't do suspension and tires tuning glitch.
