Jason rescues Robin from Tony

- Jason finds Robin and Michael and rescues them from Tony. Robin pleads to Jason to not hurt Tony and Jason carries her out to take her to the hospital. Jason says a great line here to Tony "What do you think are your chance of living one minute longer than she does?" Credit for the clip goes to Arie. :)
I loved Jason and Robin so hard back in the day. I remember watching this when it aired and I remember knowing Jason would rescue her because that was the kind of love they had. I hated Carly for destroying them. And I was sad that I never went back to Jason and Robin after she came back, but I love the friendship they built up and that they always had that special bond to the very end.
She says "I'm sorry," he says, "for what?" and she answers, "I knew you'd come." They had broken up and him rescuing her was not supposed to be part of the arrangement any more, but here she acknowledged that she still expects/knows he will be there for her.
Even though they were broken up they both still really loved and trusted each other. Robin couldn't stand the thought of Jason dying, she loved him so much that it scared her. She had lost too many people and she was afraid of losing him. The second time they broke up was because of Carly.
Now in 2010 Jason and Robin are just good buddies, but they still really love each other, he wants her to be happy and safe so he gave her up.

Boy I meant to say they were and would be a great reunion now....and also, I HATED how the ended Tony.
I was so proud of Felicia for standing up for Tony at his trial. They never did explain why Helena got Tony off, though. That was the beginning of total nonsense for GH...
Agreed, Felicia stays with Tony at the hospital after Carly shoots him, also.
And Tony is the reason why Maxie is alive
I think it was because she understood his pain from losing a child-this was before the multiple resurrections of Stavros, LOL
Yeah, your right, but Jason was at fault too, he put Carly and Michael before Robin. That was the final nail in the coffin for Robin. Pushed her over the edge to tell Aj the truth. I probably would of done the same thing. The writers screwed that up. Carly played Robin on this one. She made Robin believe she would tell Aj the truth about Michael. Last week on GH is when Jason realized Robin was right. I really hope JaRob get back together. They are icing on the cake!!

to srgots, tony snapped because carly led him to believe that he was michael's father when it was actually a.j.'s and he actually believed that "michael was given to him to make up for the child he lost", which was b.j. a couple of years earlier :(

I loved how Jason was with Robin!!! Why oh why did those writers have to ruin them then rip them apart?!? At least we eventually got Scrubs but i would have rather had JnR without all the morons and psychos who wormed their way into it.

I think this storyline was probably around April/May of 98.
Does anyone have the clips from when Robin was first kidnapped until she was released from the hospital? Ya know, all the Jason seasons with her? I think they got back together after all this. He went to Puerto Rico with Michael and came back.

I correct myself, after Tony's trial I believe because Carly shot Tony and then was put away right and then they get back together. Those are the clips I'm looking for. Was the Brazen Plane Crash after that too? Thanks.

Its about time the writers split Jason and Carly up and have Jason and Robin get back. They were the best couple. They may be different but "they know each other still". Only Robin knows him so well. I'm upset they put Jason in charge again. GH isn't what it used to be. I can't stand Boring Liz and Whining Sam. GUZA wake up and get with the program!!
I never liked Tony, his face was pretty much when I hit fast forward, but I hated how they destroyed his character to glorify Carly. He was a decent if boring person, they should have sent him off to work in Europe, not villify him.
What the hell? Why did Tony become crazy?

1997-1998 were the best GH years, with Sarah Brown as Carly.....
Carly was and is the worse character ever on GH. The writers and writing from 98 until today 2018 is the worse I have ever seen. If they knew Jason and Robin true history they would've known no one like Carly or her using her baby would break them up, and Sonny would never turn his back on Robin for the likes of Carly. The writers should go back to 98 and clean up the bad writing that turned GH into this awful Soap Opera it is today. Today's characters on GH are terrible this includes Carly, Sonny, Sam and Liz. GH need a make over.

Ugh Jason didn't deserve the excellent medical treatment Tony gave him after his accident.
Tony was responsible for Carly getting excellent pre-natal care while she was pregnant with Michael. He would have made a better father to Michael than either Jason or Sonny.

That's pretty one-sided. Jason feels like he should take care of Carly. I'm not sure he can actually stand her though. I'm pretty sure most people in Port Charles can't.
