Quick tip for all you new Viper v3 pro owners out there. Dav3 skates fit perfectly on the viper v3 pro. I just put an extra set of x-raypad obsidian skates on mine and it’s wonderful!
I own way way too many pads. The Shidenkai V2 is a great pad and super unique but I've used it enough to say the Raiden gives very very similar speed but I think outperforms the Shidenkai. Surprised they discontinued the V2 already. It hasn't even been out that long
@@thinkforyourself5672 It is but some people had tracking issues (pixel skipping or not tracking at all) with the black version so Artisan decided to discontinue it. Its interesting because people usually have such issues on colored surfaces.
@@Divinity_vA I have a brand new orange Shidenkai V2. I need to give it some more time. The only sensor issue I've had on it is with the GPX2. I use glass when I want pure speed and Saturn Pro, Raiden, or TOD when I want cloth. The Shidenkai just feels like I may as well use glass if I'm looking for that feel
So you have the XSOFT version and you say it's quite firm. So there is also the SOFT version, it should feel like a proper MID hardness right? I'm used to the hardness of corduras, I don't know if I will like the "firm xsoft" of this pad. But definitely trying it out.
its a shame that shidenkai v2 is no longer be continued. do u know anything about that decision? is it something about problems with sensors and mouse performance issues overall?
Damn did they really discontinue it already? I ordered a mid like 2 months ago and was going to order another one in Xsoft. The Shidenkai V2 hadn't even been out that long
hey aimadapt, love ur content was wondering if u could do a review on the ikea pad patterned. Very curious to know what you think about it. Love ur in-depth reviews nobody does it like you
the ikea pad with a pattern is coated so it's going to wear off quickly, therefore there is no point in reviewing it. The non-coated one is great though, I have it and it would be my favourite pad if it did not attract my cat's hair like crazy

V3 coming out
@@AimAdapt, Isn't the V2 fairly new? Like within the last year maybe less?

I would give the soft version a shot
@@AimAdapt yea ordered soft. Btw for me the infinite speed mid or neptune mid are too soft and not real mids, that's how my criteria look
Oooo mefju 🫡
@@Mefju23 Any update on the regular soft?

They are coming out with a v3. All I heard was that it was still having inconsistency issues.
Are you goind to review Great Cold mousepads?
man, it not being as soft is kind of a deal breaker. I still might buy one. :/
Are you going to review delux m600 ultra?
Yes I am waiting for it still
