Jigawa State Nigeria and the ICONIC Ibrahim Saminu Turaki Tower is a video of the Ibrahim Saminu Turaki Tower which is one of Jigawa's most popular and iconic tourist attractions. Built by the former governor of Jigawa State, the upward trail to the tower offers a significant view of the city.
Other than this, there isn't so much to learn about the history of this tower as I couldn't find a historian around but it is clear that the tower stands as part of a historical relic following the creation of the state in 1991 under the then military government of Nigeria.

Those numbers are mostly inaccurate and things change overtime, especially with economy, jobs, migration, etc..

So you will judge a state's population by mere looking at some part of the capital city only? Dutse is only 1 LGA out of 27 others and there are more populous towns than Dutse, example Hadejia, Gumel, Kazaure, etc.
I believe your mumu brain will judge Nigeria's 200 million+ population by seeing a part of Abuja only on a video!
