Former FF/EMT...we had a lot like this back home in the Neptune NJ area(right next to Asbury Park)!! Like the Ocean Grove fires, the various boardwalk fires,etc. Fast movers. Great video!! Thanks from Seattle ‼️
Skyler where or are you a fireman? Well I been a volunteer fire 🚒 fighter for 35 yrs and there doing a great job. Surround and drown, we call that or as I know it , outside attack. But yes I am the crazy one running in when ppl are running out. Glad to see the bravest brothers in the world. But anyone who is a firefighter is brave and well crazy but we have a job to do. Great covage and keep on getting great content 😉👍
Great coverage once again, I was listening to this on the scanner this afternoon and was hoping to see video of it from you. Thank You For Getting All Access To These Emergency

Hey Skyler! Another great video. Long time viewer and subscriber! I really like your commentary about what's happening. I have one request/idea. Could title your videos beginning with the boro, box then what ever else (ex. Brooklyn Box 3256...) We all know it's FDNY but many times the boro gets cut off - and the boro is important to me cuz family lives in NYC. Thanks for considering it. Take care Brother!
The amount of smoke, Skyler is almost like the amount of smoke I seen personally during the Marshall Fire here in the Boulder area in late December,2021.Having to make decisions such as placing tower ladders in specific locations, stretching lines out of apartments,getting FDNY members to hospitals gor treatment and dealing with the press,it takes organization and teamwork.FDNY shows why they are the best on the planet.😊😊😊.And prayers to the injured members and a full recovery.
Great video Skyler as always. If everyone would have to wear their breathing mask so many wouldnt be going to the hospital because of smoke. Should be required. Ya think???. Stay safe out there...🤗🤗
Brothers outstanding response less than 4 minutes to both multiple Alarms. Continued interior attack Above and beyond efforts for the trapped children .As per the press conference the member overcome with CO2 is hopefully improving .The greatest job in the world requires safe and professional efforts .Always wear a helmet on the fire scene ,and bunker pants . Chauffeurs walking around in shorts may be needed in a moments notice ,Such as a collapse search .Don’t get caught without your gear .Cell phone use should be limited at best. Before you tell me to GFM .Our commissioner should NOT show up in jeans ,without a helmet and failing to display His/Her credentials .Safe 🙏 Tours always .Well done .
Which Chief Barvels is that one? Because I know there's one who is typically assigned to Division 1 in Manhattan but this one looks like a totally different chief
There is 3 or 4 of them they are brothers, there dad was on the job also. That Barvels just got promoted to DC. He didn’t get a spot yet so he covers all over. They have another brother which is a Battalion I believe
@@SkylerFire Oh wow thanks for the info. Ik there's a Battalion Chief Barvels who serves in Division 3 because I saw him in a vid of yours before with Chief Corrado but I never knew there were more than two siblings. That's great!
@@SkylerFire That's awesome. This one's gon have a helluva time being a charge of a few battalions just like his older brother lol. Hopefully the older one advances to a staff chief position soon. Keep up the vids Skylar FDNY all the way!
Is there someone who can help this group United marikina community fire and rescue volunteer to have fire fighting gears and trauma bag even old or used so they can continue its mission to serve the community
It’s a term used to reference cheap built property which the income is used primarily to pay the taxes on the property. If you notice most taxpayer building fires are single floor row stores. Usually a company or person owns the whole strip and rents it out to various businesses
These taxpayers are difficult to fight they actually run through the cockloft and it will hop from one to the other,but this was a great job by the members dealing with the humidity feel bad for the people who lost their business.
An at least 2 story building. Bottom floor usually being commercial with residential above. The building owner would pay for taxes by renting out the space above his commercial property. Thus the term "taxpayer".
Skyler, Great coverage! Taxpayers are a hard fight. Only access from front or top. It jumps too fast!!!!

The fact that they have to get members to the hospital constantly shows they are not the best and lack safety
@NotAFirefighter1 that’s your opinion
First. Amazing work as always!

for outside the usa what does taxpayer mean thx

Using a building that has multiple store fronts with no fire stops to prevent fire to move from one business to another.
@FDNY #1
For sure!
always have been always will number one
I could spend hours just watching the chiefs lead
kiss the 108 Lee goodbye !
the men in trench coats, hats and black clothes on a blistering summer day is in fact.. laughable.

How can they park so many buses on both sides of a narrow street? Oh, never mind. It's Brooklyn & they have those funny curls! They're "untouchable".
