Magnesium-Sulfur Batteries - Dr. Sibylle Riedel

Magnesium-sulfur batteries are a promising next-generation battery system for large-scale energy storage applications due to its high theoretical energy content and are composed of cheap and more environmentally-friendly electrode materials. But of course there are still a few challenges to overcome before the full potential can be exploited. During our internal Conclave Meeting, Dr. Sibylle Riedel (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) provides an overview of the current state of the research.
