I did some ridge riding like this over in Montrose, Co. First time doing it, couldn't wait to get off the ridge because it messed with my perception. Ridges weren't even that narrow.
@DaveinDallas2009 @dougybaxxx start video, hit pause, then use the left/right arrows to go through the video frame by frame. Watch the front tire closely. You can clearly see it rotating. If, in normal speed, it appears to be stopped, this is an optical effect often seen when looking at the rotating tires of a car next to you. Sometimes the wheels even appear to be rolling backwards.
@ Dougybaxx, I think you need to see an optician for two reasons, one you appear not to be able to see the front wheel rotating in several places in the clip, two you don't appear to be able to see the keyboard or the screen, going by your spelling. Don't forget the white cane when you go out. :-)
It's real, that desert dirt is nice and tacky with a fresh coat of snow, however timing is everything. I've ridden in the snow there...I've ridden that exact trail...without the snow. There are plenty of trails like that.
Snow if very difficult to ride in. This is either fresh powder or he has spikes on the tire. I ride in the snow a lot. It is not that easy to rid eon. It is usually icy underneath and impossible to ride thru without losing the front end. My guess would be this is fresh powder and this person is very comfortable on this ride. To each his own. A mistake would be costly. I'm assuming this person knows snow well or is just lucky. Takes good riding skills though so we have to give him props for that:-)
I have many gopro vids of me and my son. Its real. Give your head a shake. Is it smart? Not even close!! I dont care how skilled you are, shit happens. If this guy crashes, I say write another one up to Theory of evolution!!!
If its fake then why can you see his tire stem / rim lock in some frames and not in others and why can you see his tire make a track in the snow? That's because you can't fake balls the size of church bells. End of discussion.
This video deserves much more views.
Dude, I was scared for you while I was watching this video.
Great job. ;)

It's definitely real. I raced motocross for 4 years and enduro for 3 years. I can tell the video is real....This guy has balls.
The head moved a lot, it just happens that the camera is mounted to it so they move in unison. Nice video.
@ajaxkingofhaarlem If you're driving 80 mph how long will it take you to go 80 miles?
this place is beautiful, where is it?

Just curious..What's that pack attached to your front fender?
Where is that? I looks like a desert with snow lol

mucho balls man.
...so what happens when you need to stop mid-way or if you lose traction and slide out?..
A very experienced rider!

@piivo LMFAO THANK YOU for explaining that, i was laughing @ajaxkingofhaarlem
He probably could have gone a bit faster, but his giant balls were weighing him down.
Seems a bit strange that not one bit of snow sticks to the tyre ????

Stainless steel nuts!!:) amazing!
sweeet, that's a lot of skill, I bet his rear was all over the place and if you loose the front in that its a one way ticket!!

@ajaxkingofhaarlem It's real. You should see how it's mounted. I've got a GoPro myself and I can tell.
