Very small suites, they sold us the balcony like a suite for 4 persons and we paid extra for that and was in fact very small bedroom, with queen bed and a sofa bed very small, ours two sons were very uncomfortable the hole week, the restroom was ok, I find the ship very small ( everything is concentrated in the middle) and that because I think the Haven guests and top dollar paid suites takes a lot of the ship areas that are not open for the rest of the passengers, also the shows were sold out even before we could it reserve in the ship( because for some reason we couldn’t do it before embarking ) and that includes the Vibe club. We have the premium beverages package and service was ok most of the time, but the last day of cruising for some unknown reasons the waiters and bartenders refuse to serve you the premium liquor, I almost have to fight with them in order to get the good stuff (and that happened in every station I order what a coincidence ) their response was that the supervisor was watching them, still don’t understand what that has to do with you ordering some premium drinks,also be prepared to the change of hours, a couple of time we missed breakfast because the hours changes back and forth and nobody tells you ( I think the housekeeping was supposed to leave you a note) but sadly we weren’t informed. Also what happens to us is the change the hole docking part, they were supposed to get to Costa Maya first but because of the weather they were obliged to change to Cozumel first so the hole excursions that we planned for 6 months went to the drain, an so on, liked a cascade effect, everything went wrong and we have to cancel everything and expend a lot of our time speaking to the booking employees, and in Costa Maya the last day they decided to took of at noon without explanation, when I wake up the ship was already at sea,speaking of the devil, you gonna have to spend a lot of time to speak with them and that’s because the system they have in order, I explain, to change a reservation for the excursion you have to talk to this book, to talk to the internet guy you have to go to another place, to talk with the restaurant reservations another place 😂 , basically the guess relationship book is the last place you’re allowed to go complain and if you’re lucky they take care of you, never saw that with the other companies . And finally we find the food very simple, nothing really special even in the specialty restaurants, we weren’t surprised at all, Disney regular restaurants were way better than the specialty restaurants in this ship, and you have to pay extra in order to go there, not worth it. I would give 2.5 out of 5 and that’s because it was kind of pricey for the quality and bad costumer service, maybe they will improve in time, who knows (because they are kind of new in the Caribbean circuit)

We have been trying to get tickets to the Vibe Club all month for our February sailing on the Prima. The website said they went live on Oct. 5, so I was awake at midnight and checked the next morning too. But it only ever said "sorry, check back later" and we have checked almost every other day since then ... no dice. Makes me wonder if they sold out the Vibe to all Haven or Suite guests first and it was never open to a regular cabin guest. Not sure what else I could do to get it on Prima

Yes they did that to us, we reserve in June and we check every month for the reservation that was supposed to sail in December, and the only thing we could reserve was the specialty restaurant, for the rest we were obliged to wait until you get onboard, as soon as we get inside the ship everything was sold out, the vibe club and the shows, right away, it was unbelievable to us, so every day my wife and I went to check from above the Vibe Club and to our surprise was almost empty every single day, so why they said it was sold out? My best guess is they reserve the entire club for the Haven guests, is all can think about it.

Terrible, we pay for the top package and connections were really slow, (and was supposed to be streaming quality) so don’t expect to watch movies or even your home security camera because you’re going to be disappointed.
