I absolutely love Conversations With History and Harry Kreisler, but what is this obsession with people's parents?!

haha true, old fashion intellectual biography kind of question; and what about Kreisler being the initial inspiration for matt groening to invent the character of Ned Flanders? Have you guys seen the interview to Gailbraith with the early Kreisler as funkyest hair dressed as ever? Ned Flanders 100%!

He is wrong to compare the conflicts in the two countries. Because India is only a part, the main part although, of the dismantled Indian civilization while China still remains the unity and integrity of the whole civilization. So, after being dismantled, of course India could apply a democratic system without worrying about further disintegration. Yet China couldn't

19 minutes in and no mention of China or history with India. Fail.
