Correct bro…Clc is better than AAC in all aspects..even in load bearing as well as in framed building…only thing Clc slightly heavier than aac

You can't use AAC block in load bearing and it's strength only 3.4 to 4 only but CLC at the age of 28 day 3.5 in future its continously increases up to 5 KN.
AAC can't increase I did PhD project.

But you have to choose right Manufacturer.
If Non structural please go with red Brick or Solid blocks.
