Is this saying that the IRA was at least partly responsible? The references to the AKMs being the same type as the ones found in an IRA arms cache? The reference to the attack being a very 'terrorist style' attack? I know that during The Troubles the IRA had carried out attacks with a certain amount of assistance from the Gardai to run smoothly.
