ETS2 1.45 compatibility.

:flag_ma: Route N1 between Kenitra & Ksar Al Kbir.
Map optimization in some areas.
some Bug fixed.
Fixed police car beacon.
fixed missing trailer textures.
License plates fixed.
Problem with Prpmods LIBYAN def fixed.
