    Today, chana chaat is a popular street food dish in both India and Pakistan.
    Ingredients:
    Boiled chickpea : 250 gram
    For the Masala:
    Salt : 1 tsp
    Red chili powder : 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
    Coriander powder : 1 tsp
    Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
    Pour water and mix well
    Garlic cloves : 2, GInger: 1 small, Green chili : 2
    Make a paste
    Finalizing:
    Oil : 2 tbsp
    Cumin : 1/2 tsp
    Tymol seeds : 1/4 tsp
    Fry it for 1 minute
    Chili, garlic and ginger paste
    Cook until light golden
    Spice mixture paste
    Boiled chickpea
    Fenugreek : 1 tbsp
    Cover it and cook it on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes
    Black salt : 1/2 tsp
    Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
    Chaat masala : 1 tsp
    Fresh coriander leaves
