I almost died in Australia because paramedics wouldn't take me seriously when my bowel ruptured and my guts were leaking onto my organs. They were just standing there saying they wouldn't move until I could talk though I was in so much pain my body was seizing up in pain. A friend saved my life by showing up and telling them to take me to the hospital. They acted surprised like they were caught doing something wrong when my friend told them what they were wasting time for, I needed to be at the hospital. They were both blonde women, I'm a "minority", my friend is white. Lots of minority groups die in Australia from neglect by police, ER, etc..

Yo jack, I didn't sleep properly for 3 months it was the worst thing that's ever happened to me. Went to the docs more times in that time than I have in my whole life and they kept telling me it was all in my head and prescribed tons of different sleeping tablets that didn't work. I would get so fucken anxious at the end of the day knowing that I won't sleep again.
Alcohol definitely made it worse so pretty much gave that up. Once I accepted that it was all in my head and I wasn't dying it got better. I'm 33 and haven't experienced proper anxiety before so i literally thought I was done for😂. Anyway hope yours is just partying related🤙
